The person that took my order was kind and answered me with a good additud.The delivery driver was helpful and kind to;me it only took 10 minutes. The pizza was so good, good taste and hot and ready to eat. I enjoy my experience buying here will order again.

I clearly order 2 pizzas and they charge me for 4 really bad service. The food cold. I call the manager he didn't know anything I say. Bad bad service overall. Truman and sanfernando road store 8342
This has been the 2nd time they don't have drivers and we have to wait 50-60 minutes for 2 pizzas. By the time re received the pizzas they were cold and soggy. The delivery driver was very nice and apologetic. I don't blame him at all, it falls more on management

NEVER NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE ....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO I ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE AND I PUT PAY AT STORE ..I ALSO HAD A GIFT CARD .IT SAID REDEEM ONLINE OR REDEEM AT STORE. SO OK SO WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER I SHOWED THEM THE GIFT CARD ON MY PHONE HE SAYS O WE DON'T ACCEPT THAT ONLY INTERNET .I SAID NO IT SAYS I CAN REDEEM AT STORE. There should be a no star option because they sure do deserve it the cashier had a metal pipe in his ahh acting like I ain't paying for this pizza that taste like straight mold, tasted like frozen pizza that's been in the freezer for millions of years don't come here your better off buying a frozen pizza from the dollar tree. If you're big on clean food bye to Truman street dominos they don't take proper precautions to make sure the food is clean. I recommend going to the dominos on Polk street get your hard earned money worth.
Too much noise in the background. Josh who was taking my order did not have the patience while I was placing my order. I kept asking him to repeat himself because it was too loud in the background. I understand it is a busy day but it is customer service. Take the time.

Very unsatisfied with Hand Tossed Crust was at most 1 centimeter thick. Like cardboard thin. Called no help at all said depends on which employe made it. Said have a good day and hung up.
