Firts off very professional customer service in the intercom. I ordered a pollo bowl and a chipotle chicken burrito and received everything the way o asked for it. When I got to the window everything was packed and ready to go. I was amazed how quickly I was in and out.

I ordered a double chicken tostada online and when I picked it up I saw that the avocado in my food was half brown already. I asked the cashier to replace it and they say no problem. They took my tostada salad to the back, take the brown avocado out, throw back with the ones already pre-cut snd replace it with a nicer looking 1.

Everytime I place an online order I place it specifically with the kind of salsa I want and they never seem to get it right. I ordered for 3 people, each of us just wants avocado salsa and nothing else instead we get 2 avocado salsa and 4 pico de Gallo. No where in my order did I ask for pico and now our meals aren't how we wanted them. It's not hard to see that someone asked for 6 avocado salsas so why only give 2 and then tell the customer all your salsas are there when you pick up??
I'll admit the food is up to standard and the staff is polite but I'm just tired of having to ask twice every single time. Usually when I ask twice I get met with" you want extra sauce?". No, I just wanted the amount of sauce I asked for which is usually 2 per person for everyone I ordered for and not a mix of all the extra salsa you need to get rid of.

Good attitudes only thing I gotta complain is about the line cook smh can’t even cut chicken good I found 4 bones in meal and I was eating a pollo bowl not a bone bowl smh do better ??♂️
