Burnt Corn & Crunchy Surprises — A Pollo Loco Win in San Fernando

After a long, late day at work last week, I swung by Pollo Loco in San Fernando just before closing. I ordered my usual, and when I got to the window, they told me they were out of corn. I couldn’t help but ask, “Come on, how do you run out of corn?”

That’s when a young lady asked the kitchen guy what was up — and he told her the corn was burnt.

Firts off very professional customer service in the intercom. I ordered a pollo bowl and a chipotle chicken burrito and received everything the way o asked for it. When I got to the window everything was packed and ready to go. I was amazed how quickly I was in and out.
