Firts off very professional customer service in the intercom. I ordered a pollo bowl and a chipotle chicken burrito and received everything the way o asked for it. When I got to the window everything was packed and ready to go. I was amazed how quickly I was in and out.

Everytime I place an online order I place it specifically with the kind of salsa I want and they never seem to get it right. I ordered for 3 people, each of us just wants avocado salsa and nothing else instead we get 2 avocado salsa and 4 pico de Gallo. No where in my order did I ask for pico and now our meals aren't how we wanted them. It's not hard to see that someone asked for 6 avocado salsas so why only give 2 and then tell the customer all your salsas are there...
