Very bad service her tamales are ok but I stopped going because she is very rude and I rather give my money to someone who is respectful and treats her customers with better will not be going here

Called in to place an order, my first question is hi do you have tamales available right now? (After reading the reviews of them selling out I just wanted to be sure, my husband is literally driving there so I didn't want any surprises lol) So the women says yes I have a little bit of everything right now what do you want? ...so I place the order (only 4 tamales) to pick up, right now. She then proceeded with they will be ready at 9:30 (an hr and a half from the time I'm calling) so I respond you don't have any right now then ? (Im confused at this point why would she say yes at first then this) And she says no not until 9:30 do you want them or not I have a lot of people calling ....so I begin saying well I'm sorry but I thought you ha........ when suddenly she hangs up on me lol

I grew up in the City of San Fernando and the raspados from here YUMMERZ!!I went back to visit and to my surprise they had Tamales too.... Bought beef tamales and were very moist and not filled up MASA..... lots of beef.... Will definitely return

We called to inquire about their tamales, pricing, availability, etc. As soon as the lady answered the phone, we were greeted with extreme rudeness. Every question was answered with complete unpleasantness/ill manner. This place has been in business for over 40 years and maybe more and I can't believe, this is so, even with their lack of professionalism. How do you support small/local businesses with this behavior?? We will never purchase from this place.

I ordered tamales through the phone. I've always ordered through the phone and always gotten my order. Never in my 21 years of shopping there have they gave away my tamales. They told me the tamales were going to be ready at a specific time and when I got there they had put a "mop sign" where I couldn't open the door so practically was stuck and she yelled. I never felt so disrespected in my life, ever since shopping there when I was 3 I've always seen the same lady and she had the audacity to be rude? I really hope this business gets s*** down, they're always rude to customers who don't know Spanish, i've witness it & had to confront her, she didn't talk to me for 3 days and completed ignored me. She was a white lady who clearly thinks she's all that. In conclusion horrible customer service, they practically trapped me into coming in the store, I waited outside 5 minutes to see if she'll let me back in and she didn't. Never again shopping there and never will. My siblings wanted tamales from there and I immediately said no because they're not gonna get money from me. May mother nature shut down your business.
