I had gone to Hanzo for the first time yesterday. A good friend invited me out to celebrate a belated birthday. The waiter, Melvin, who took our order and checked my I.D saw my birthday had passed and still surprisingly brought me out a free ice cream with a candle! I was so pleased with how he treated us. His kindness and attentiveness made the experience great for me. Thank you so much Melvin for amazing service!!! I'll definitely go back again!

5 stars for the food. I love the sushi options at Hanzo, and their rolls are tasty. 1 star for in-house service. As a local, I frequent Hanzo often. However, the in-house service hasn’t been the best. Especially, take out service. I’ve ordered take out twice and both times my order was delayed because they don’t start the order until the driver gets there, or I had to ask about my order. Great food, just needs to vastly improve the quality of their service.

BEST AMBIANCE, SERVICE, and SUSHI we’ve had in years. We travel all over the place and this place is the real deal. The ambiance here is almost European in nature and the bartender/manager(?) was absolutely fantastic. We aren’t paid for reviews and no one told us to make this review- it was that good.
We obviously will be back!

Food is ok service not that good I felt like I was asking for free food asked for a drink and didn’t want to really help me with the drink 45$ for a roll and a chicken teriyaki bow 😬😬

Came in this evening 8/20 waitress took our and never came with it , the people that came in way after were served first we just got up and left I’m so disappointed horrible customer service all around! I do not recommend this place

Maybe change your open closed times on google. I drive out and get here at 9 because the site says you close at 10pm

I've wanted to eat at this sushi spot for the longest time, and I finally had a sister date here. It was completely empty, but it was during the LA fires. The server we got was attentive and friendly, but he did seam a bit distracted at times, like messing up one of my rolls. They did quickly rectify the mistake, which I appreciated. I really enjoyed the veggie tempura roll; they added Jalapeños, it was a nice twist I wasn't expecting. I thought their prices were fair and the atmosphere is very chic instagramable, lol. I would come back but this time during the evening because their drinks look good.

We got there as soon as they open my wife went to the restroom it was dirt filthy my self went to the men's restroom same it looked like someone had pooped or puked all over . We had gone before and was ok but with this experience we wont ne going back

I had a great experience here i’ve been twice we ordered hanzo rolls, california rolls, maclay rolls, edamame and a few drinks they were great!!! i just wish they had more ramen options.
