Absolutely wonderful. Best waffles and pancakes had in a long time. Home cooked mother made vibes. Large portions and made to perfection. Worth every dollar you spend. My first time trying their food and I’ll definitely be eating here again.

Poor customer service, mediocre food. Wait time is to get food is over 30 minutes. Just go to IHOP or Denny's. Food here is overpriced as well. $20 bucks for an omelette. Only good thing here is the pancakes, hense the name.

A local recommended this place and glad I took the chance because food was pleasant and yummy. A bit over priced I feel but not complaining we were satisfied. The waitress was nice and attentive. Pancakes were very good 💯. We had the breakfast sandwich and chicken fried steak and loved it. Cannot wait to try more items.

This place was a waste of time, more than anything else. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated, but once we were seated, no one came to take our order for 20ish minutes. Once we ordered, it was another 40 or so minutes before we received our food. We got the heavenly french toast, country breakfast, ham steak combo, and city breakfast. The food was all cold and somewhat bland. The restaurant itself also felt very cramped, despite not having many patrons. As for service, the manager was very attentive to us, but he seemed stretched thin, as we hardly saw our server. To be fair, it was the 4th of July, so maybe that had an effect. But overall, the food wasn’t enjoyable, the service was poor, and the atmosphere was rough. I might give this place another chance on a non-holiday, but it’s not likely.

Waited 40 minutes for our food, service was poor, and when the food finally came out, it was cold and soggy. Also too expensive for the portions. Maybe try the huevos rancheros instead.

It was my first time here, and I stopped by with my mother, who recommended we have breakfast here. The place is small but not that big of a deal service was fast and friendly. However, as soon as my coffee arrived, my cup had a lipstick mark on it clearly. The mug wasn't washed correctly. I had no lipstick it immediately gave me an icky feeling. I asked our waitress to please give me a new cup, and she kindly did I pointed out the reason and she was flushed. No explanation no sorry no manager came to us to apologize but thats okay I won't be returning.

As a passerby, the offee was hot, plate was what was expected, service was attentive... what more could you ask for! Felt like a family kind of once. It's not big, no counter, very cozy.

My sister and I went in to eat and we're treated so bad. The lady at the front made us feel completely unwelcome she continuously rolled her eyes at us and was making it very clear that we were unwelcome maybe she thought we were gay or because I'm white and my sister is black, but it almost ruined my day til I went somewhere more accepting.
Ham ,eggs very good 👍
