Really disappointed in this ihop. They forget my orange juice and than i tell em and they bring this to me. Saw it after leaving restaurant. They also forgot my strawberry syrup.

The waiter was fine and over helpful which is solid for most people. Idk if the 4 am chef was sleepy or angry but just about everything was burnt. The fries were basically chips but i couldn't bring myself to complain but it was unbelievable how dry and hard those fries were and the pancakes were overcooked only saved by butter

Second time we’ve been serviced by Fatima and were treated quite poorly. Noticeably different from the other patrons dining. And being ignored as we waited to pay the bill when others got serviced in the meantime. Heard her say to other patrons to enjoy their meals or address them. We were simply asked what we wanted to order and given our meal with “anything else?” Vs. “Enjoy your meal ladies” to another table sat in her area.
Not sure if we did anything to deserve such poor service but literally every other waiter/waitress we’ve had has been spectacular.

The food was great! The POS Credit Card Reader was malfunctioning and delayed the transaction and service for everyone on a busy weekend. I sent my friend from Heartland Payment Systems to help them get something much better and faster payment processing via credit card. Hope corporate listens to these reviews and makes the change.

Waitor didn't tell me about an up charge but said I could have any selection of pancakes with Breakfast. Delicious and restaurant smelled good, music was ambient, but surprise charge. My check suggested 18%,20% or 22% but when I paid the tablet started it's suggestions a bit higher and didn't let me customize to an 18% because of the surprise unchanged. When I tried it defaulted to 20%. I found it surprising that I couldn't get out of there under $24.50 for a simple pancake platter! Ouch. Restaurant empty, which was fine for a personal call I intended to make!

Went there for breakfast a few days ago.... Since I dont like coffee, in the morning I love drinking cold milk... the milk they served me, smelled weird and tasted off.... I asked the waiter to change it and that 1 tasted exactly as the previous 1
