Always a line in the drive thru, moves fairly quickly for having 20+ cars ahead. Food almost always perfect as ordered. All over southern California, the burger you order is the burger you get.

The crew at this in and out made by far my best in and burger ever got a cheese burger animal style with chopped chilies and omgggg the chilis in every bit.

This was a terrible experience. The staff kept bringing food out to guests waiting in their cars in the parking lot AND BLOCKING THE EXIT. And they directed cars to stop and block the exit with their hazard lights on. This was totally separate from the drive thru. I was stuck in the parking lot for half an hour! Shame on the management for promoting this behavior, and forcing the staff to create a fire code violation. And the fries were dry and burnt. Never ever coming here again, and turned off from in n out in general for a very long time.
