Four star because of no parking the three parking space and two are handicap only one space for regular parking person and it never empty so don't be in a hurry to get Boba you to parking cross the street or around the corner

Alexandra at Boba time was being very rude not just with us but with all the customers, awful customer service, employees seemed intimidated by her, don’t recommend going there unless your craving Boba! 😔

Service really sucks, they don’t listen to orders correctly the first time, so when they bring it back wrong they have attitudes for their mistakes, on top of that this particular location does not have a restroom for customers ?

First time trying this place with my aunt was afternoon waited literally a hour for drinks the afternoon staff suck they take forever and gossip a lot and have earphones on while working . Gave this place a try a second time this time night and the night staff seemed way more alive then the the afternoon only waited 20 mins for my two drinks . I would recommend going towards the nighttime compared to day time other than that only 2-3 stars I rate . The drinks are delicious just staff could be way better maybe not have younger people working the hours and more older ones who care about their job and the satisfaction of the customer . ?

Made my order on the app (15 mins). Got there and still had to wait 15 more min to receive my drinks with an attitude. Plus, the drinks tasted like just milk. Never going back.
