It's Boba Time San Fernando

Not enough parking. They literally have 3 parking spaces & 2 of them are handicapped parking. Placed order through Uber eats and 3 out of 5 times that I ordered, my order was incorrect!!!!

I came around 10:20pm, they close at 11pm and they absolutely refuse to serve me a Nutella sandwich. Why u say? Bc they didn’t want to reheat the waffle fish maker. Too lazy to clean it after. What a shame.

My wife and I stopped by this It's Boba Time to get some drinks since we were in the area. We parked in the public parking area and walked here since there not a lot of parking in the plaza right in the front.

When we walked inside, they had some people sitting in the place and someone ahead of us ordering. After they were done, I put in our order. My wife got the large Thai tea with half sweetness and light ice. I got the regular size green apple slush and asked if I could modify the sweetness level but was told it's only less sweet for the option. I asked the lady and she said she would recommend that.

We waited inside of the place for thirty minutes because there was only two workers here. I didn't expect to wait this long with our baby so it wasn't ideal. I thought my drink was more watered down and could barely taste the green apple. My wife enjoyed her Thai tea.

The service is good, but they make mistakes because I ordered a mango baba and they didn't give it to me.

Nice place to get a boba. Customer service they where nice and helpful no parking lot. If you go look for a free parking in front of Jack in the Box. Most of the time is full.

I ordered a mango slush with boba and as I was waiting for my order, I saw that the employee who was in charge of the cashier would help make drinks and would rub her finger across the rim of several cups without properly sanitizing their hands.

First time and they loved it!

Like 40 minutes to have a order that i buyed online 10 min before. Just two drinks. One guy and one girl. 50 minutes just for 2 drinks and like 50 costumes on wait. Friday night. Poor administration.

Just amazing

The person working on Thursday the 18th took a very long time to prepare our drinks, and unfortunately, when we finally received them, they were incorrect. It was a frustrating experience, especially after the long wait.

I can't go without having an iced coffee. They're definitely delicious

Love the boba smoothies here BUT it always takes FOREVER and 9/10 they’re gonna get my order wrong … mind you this place is never business enough for this mistakes ordered a smoothies got this come on

They need more help, there’s only 2 girls running the place. I waited over 30mins for my drinks. They were so overwhelmed that they skipped my order. They need to be more organized.
It was supposed to be a quick run to get some drinks and i wasted a long time
