The staff is nice but something is odd here, always something wrong with my order and the vanilla ice coffee taste bitter here. So I just go to the sylmar location on Hubbard no issues so far, iced coffee is just right there.

Horrible order taking. They consistently mess up on the orders here. I stopped going for months and broke my streak today, and of course, they messed up on my order again. It was a 2 item order, and the 2nd item was an OJ that they never put on the order. I just said f'it and asked for a refund as the 1st item was messed up.

I went on 2/28/2025 around 7:30pm..staff were all Rude! restaurant and the restrooms filthy! Soda and ice machine didn't work!worst Jack in The Box!!!! No regular size cups only small cups wtf???
