Horrible customer service! I ordered mini tacos NOT spicy because i’m allergic to spicy foods, when i got to work they were the spicy ones, went back to get the right ordered and i spoke to the girl that got my order wrong and instead of apologizing she was arguing with me. and i asked to please speak to the manager, the manager “Bryan “ started to argue with me on my lunch break instead of getting my order right, will not be going to this jack in the box in the future

Great place used to work here. Unfortunately I come with my mom and my dad Coming from court treating my parents I asked the lady JAZMIN TO LET ME IN THE BATHROOM, SHE OPENS THE LEFT DOOR. THERE IS A GUY INSIDE DOING DRUGS DID NOT LOCK THE DOOR. I SAW A LADY COMING OUT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DOOR. I WENT BACK TO THE CASHIER ASK HER CAN SHE LET ME IN THE RIGHT SIDE NO, SHE REPLIED, YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE, SO I CALLED THE MANAGER. LET THE SITUATION KNOW AND HE BUSTED ME IN DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT. I WAITED 10 MINUTES TO EAT MY ORDER 25 SANDWICH ONLY APPRECIATE THAT THAT’S WHY I’M GIVING YOU ONE STAR YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER AND THE GUY STILL THERE DOING DRUGS OR WAS TAKING AT 9:39 RECEIVED MY WAY INTO THE BATHROOM AT 9:53. Ive had my fair share of issues here in the past, but last night my food felt off and now I have food poisoning. My tacos were not good, whether old or something. My partner also got sick from the tacos. I ended up having everything come out of BOTH ends at the same time. Vomiting on the toilet with severe abdominal pain. Currently still in pain and it’s hard to move. Honestly done with this location.

A half-hour ago I was hungry and chose this place to eat. I have gone there often, and I liked the way they served the curly-fries so I ordered that I also ordered pita chicken fajitas but they were cold and when we told the cashier lady named Deanna if she can exchange for fresh curly fries she looked like she wanted to help and told as to go wait in the front of the store. As we waited for the fresh curly fries a few minutes later, the worker Deanna personally came outside to deliver the fries. To my surprise they were not only the same fries but they also heated them up so hot that I could burn my mouth. Only because I asked for a fresh fries. I just went home very disappointed, and sad that I ended up throwing away the food for the fear of tainting my food. The rest of our order was cold as well. Lazy meal preparation, will not be returning.

The topic Lady at the cash register was friendly. The restaurant was clean but didn't go to the bathroom. The restaurant only had about 4 parking spaces. The plus is that it's next to public parking, so there is plenty of space to park. The food was freshly made. Condiments: got sauce, ketchup, sugar, and BBQ sauce were on the front counter, anyone to help themselves. There is no need to pay extra for BBQ sauce like McDonald's.
