Jersey Mike's Subs

Why is it that this location doesn't add enough meat and veggies?! Been here many times and not the same. Is it training? Or ownership? It's a shame very different from the other valley locations.

The employees who work night shifts always half ass their job when it comes to “to go orders”. Theres no need to slap ingredients onto a mini sandwich, it’s a mini sandwich. You aren’t doing much. This is the 3rd and last time I try this specific restaurant. As soon as you unwrap the sandwich there’s a mess of ingredients everywhere the bred is never even sliced. Like cmon.

I had an issue with my order being wrong and sent an email. Almost immediately I received a call back, and the young man on the line was extremely polite and professional. He truly cared about making things right and even offered a full refund (which I didn’t feel was necessary). I really appreciate the quick response, It speaks volumes about the kind of employees this Jersey Mike’s location has and how much they value their customers.

This location is my new favorite for jersey mikes! Jersey mikes was my first job when I moved out to California from Nebraska. I can say whoever runs this establishment takes time to train their employees efficiently and correctly. They did a perfect job making all the sandwiches in front of me in a good timely manner and the correct way. The team work that every employee did; had shown that they have a good system down. The establishment is very clean and all the produce looked fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive even when overwhelmed. Good job to all the staff and management!! 💯

1 hour before they closed and already out of lettuce tomato bacon and mayo. It's hard to believe. Seems like they just wanted to close early. Went down the road to the next shop. Better service experience.

I got the Italian sub, Mike's way. Really enjoyed it. Preparer had a great attitude and made the way I liked. Pretty quick, in and out. Definitely will be going back.

The cashier did not change his gloves. Pretty disgusting,If you ask me. Touching the monitor, the screen, money etc. then grabs your sandwich and wraps it.
Great sandwiches. But they Need to be trained..

This was my go to, since it is close to my house. However, today when I went in the guy making the sandwiches couldn't get it together. Asking the same questions over again. Not all people like it's "Mike's Way". Wasn't listening to what I want, doing his own thing. My sandwich was gross, all that $ for a gross sandwich. No friendly hello, not welcoming there, won't be back.

Jersey Mike's used to genuinely remind me of eating "Hoagies" as a kid in Jersey. They even used to sell TastyKake products. Then the portions shrunk, and they stopped selling TastyKake. You have to order "extra meat" for an extra $5, now if you want a decent sized sandwich. And the prices have skyrocketed! I recently got just 1 Giant and 1 regular sub, no chips or drinks, and including the Tip, it cost almost $50. The Staff was friendly but seemed tired. It's going to be a while before I return, even though the sub was delicious.

Arrived Friday April 5 at 8:11 pm. looking to order a hot sub. When i arrived I was informed they could not take my order as the grill was closed already. The staff was cleaning as if they were closing in 15 min. Definitely not coming back at night again.

They wouldn't accept my $100 to pay stating to many people use fake bills. I was offended I work hard for my money and asked the employee to use the pen. She rudely stated they're all broken. I asked her to use the machine with the light, she rudely stated they don't have that. I was so upset and frustrated that I was profiled in this category. I was embarrassed I couldn't buy my family dinner. I called the next day and the Manager named Jasmine was just as rude with me and hung up on me. What a horrible experience and I'm feeling horrible.

Super unorganized and messy. Waited 10 minutes plus for my sandwich to be sliced.Please train properly.
