They wouldn't accept my $100 to pay stating to many people use fake bills. I was offended I work hard for my money and asked the employee to use the pen. She rudely stated they're all broken. I asked her to use the machine with the light, she rudely stated they don't have that. I was so upset and frustrated that I was profiled in this category. I was embarrassed I couldn't buy my family dinner. I called the next day and the Manager named Jasmine was just as rude with me and hung up on me. What a horrible experience and I'm feeling horrible.

I literally don't like to leave negative messages or put a one star but this lady name jasmine doesn't have a good costumer service I requested something and she made it her way she ignored my request , so sad employees don't respect the owners businesses hopefully this message makes a difference and she does a better job :( costumer service means a lot to people have that in mind thank you.

Made a cratering order of 24 sandwiches for my grandfather birthday. I wanted them all mikes way and when I looked at order when I got home they weren't. They were so dry . Management gave me the run around of send out vouchers I still haven't received. Don't recommend catering from this especially this location.

So after my last bad experience at this store I decided to give it one more try.Once again super disappointed. I called the store and they said just bring it in and we will make a new one. I really did not want to drive 10 miles each way so she offered me a coupon via mail. I gave her in information but I doubt she even wrote anything down because she was talking to someone else.So this what I got for $18.95 Club Supreme (giant)

Garbage service.. Even when you're the only customer they mess up your order.. Deli guy Ken, remember this name KEN, is terrible in taking an order.. I ordered one sandwich and got a completely different sandwich.. The worst part is that they didn't apologize and acted like it was my fault.. I didn't appreciate being told I was wrong..$17.95 for a sandwich and they still get it wrong..Unbelievable..
If there was negative stars to give I would give negative. I love Jersey Mike's but this location has dreadful service and judgmental employees with a plastic smile on their faces.

You would think I would have learned my lesson the last 2 times I went to this shithole. 1st time I had ever been to A jersey mikes should have been the last. That time my order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived after 20 minutes I still waited another 45 minutes there only for them to tell me they'd run out of chicken. Today I ordered my sandwich without cheese, like I order and have ordered everything in my lifetime. Drive 20 minutes home only to get there and find CHEESE on the sandwich. So I had to drive 30 minutes back there because traffic. I get there to get a refund only to be questioned if Id really asked for no cheese, almost as if they were trying to put the blame on me. Even though when I asked for no cheese the girl repeated to me "no cheese?" "Yes, no cheese." I said. Then I heard her tell the girl making the sandwich " No cheese." Its insulting to be asked if I "Really" asked for no cheese. On top of the gas money I lost I also lost my opportunity to eat dinner. Im on intermittent fasting and cannot eat after 530. So Jersey mikes screwed me pretty damn hard today. Literally will NEVER eat at shithole Mike's again. Don't eat here. This place needs to go away and be replaced with something worthwhile. Go back to Jersey..mike. seriously no joke f*** this place. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

I've eaten at many Jersey Mikes but have to say this is the worse one of them all. 4th time placing online order and it's never done when they say it will, they keep helping the walk ins first. Last time had to wait 10 extra minutes, requested extra tomatoes and none where added. Bread was hard and sandwich had no flavor of spices or dressing. Terrible, go to the one in Northridge, much better.

Cool - You've got gluten free bread. BUT you pay an arm and a leg for a sandwich here already making that gluten free bread up charge a little too much.

I ordered two sandwiches. They didn't have bread for one and they didn't have bacon for the other. Mind you these are their signature sandwiches with no changes. This is poor preparation and horrible customer service from a place that makes nothing but sandwiches. There is no reason for this location to exist if they can't get their act together. The Mission Hills location services the area just fine. Plus no compensation was offered.
