I placed order manager said going to take 6 minutes Chicken wasn't ready ok it took 20 minutes got home and my order was missing the gravy and I pay for coleslaw I didn't get I didn't want to drive back ask for it manger need to be replaced he not doing his job right he's the one who took my order and prep it and also the lady that works there she has attitude I wasn't the only person who was missing food couple people came back cuz order was missing food I will not be back to this KFC no way

There was a hair in the Mac and cheese, where is the quality control ? The chicken was cold and they didn't have chocolate cake. The overall experience was mediocre at best. I just wanted to pick up a quick meal but I was better off cooking at home. The service industry has really gone downhill. But I guess I should not be expecting that much from a fast food restaurant.

My cashier was Sergio and he was very nice and gave wonderful customer service. The store itself was very clean and well maintained. The food was very good but of course it is KFC so it is automatically a 10. The workers also handled the food with care and Sergio even checked my bad making sure I wasn't missing anything. It looked pretty empty so I hope more people go visit!

We went drive by on this place a couple of times. Always fast, and the good was good. Whenever I get craving for fried chicken, I think of KFC and this is the goto place in my neighborhood
