Purchased thru the drive thru the girl didn't even great nor did she even ask if I'd like anything additional. Handed the food and closed the window. I had to honk to have her turn around and acknowledge I was still there. Will avoid coming back since it doesn't seem as they want my business.

Around 7pm 11/3/25 the three punks working on drive thru were very unprofessional with their attitude and service, gave me the wrong order and I was already home. Should have gone to Popeyes!!!!

Is this what they call a finger lickin good meal? Because they made gravy go all over my car because the way they handled my bag of food I put it down in my car. Next thing you know when I got home the gravy was all over my car it looked like if someone took a poop on my carpet and passenger seat and stirring wheel. This was because your employees were being lazy and when I saw the food it looked so gross like if they didn’t put my care into it train your employees better

Unfriendly incompetent slow and never ever anything ready for a quick pick up
I truly feel they r plucking the chickens on the back as you order
And how is it possible for an order to be cold when they are making it fresh for you?

Ryan was fantastic. I placed a mobile order and one of my items was not gonna be ready for another 15 minutes. Instead of wasting my time at the window, he was honest, apologized and gave me options for a substitution. Top notch customer service by this young man.

As someone who works in fast food, I understand how stressful the job can be, and I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. But my experience today was frustrating and disappointing.

We went through the drive-thru with no cars ahead of us or behind us. The employee taking our order seemed irritated from the start, giving us unprofessional responses. At the window, we asked for sauces. He didn’t respond, just nodded and told us to wait in front.

We had two separate orders (one mobile), and after a long wait, only one was brought out. We had to remind them about the second, which had clearly been forgotten. When the second bag finally came, we realized they had forgotten the sauces entirely so we had to ask again. Even then, we were given too few sauces for three meals.

To make it worse, we got home to find our sandwiches had pickles, even though we clearly asked for no pickles, and the employee acknowledged that during the order. And they weren’t just missed, the sandwiches were overloaded with them, and it completely ruined the taste of mine.

I understand mistakes happen, but when customers are polite and patient, they deserve at least basic courtesy and attention to detail. This experience fell short, and I hope the staff takes this feedback seriously. Please do better!!

I tried 3 separate visits to give them a chance and each one was terrible. Very rude male employee with the semi long hair the first two visits. This time I ordered my food and they told me to wait in the parking lot. I waited 15 minutes, I went inside and they started scooping the food in once they saw me. Never coming here again.
