They got my order almost completely wrong. The drink was correct. There was no receipt in the bag, so I couldn't argue it. And they didn't put a spoon in the bag for the mashed potatoes.

The food is ok mid if anything. The real problem with this specific location is the staff the worst fast food staff I have ever seen. Extremely rude and have absolutely no concept of what customer service is .

Went on Sunday ask the rude fat guy a question about a combo dude just ignores me and started taking orders from the drive thru so I wait a sec after he gave them their meal he takes another order I was wth but that's a good thing cause while I waited I just saw the chicken there wondering how long they've been their so I decided to go to Pollo loco never coming here again

It’s drive through so that’s pretty amazing. Food came out fast. Not a huge KFC fan but my husband is. Got the bowl which was ok. Needs some more flavor.

"not a corporate store", so they don't honor advertised specials or prices, greedy franchise owner, as if KFC wasn't overpriced enough already, empty restaurant and nobody in drive-thru line, surprise, I left and went elsewhere.

Horrible place. They got rats and don't care. Kfc policy is suppose to shut down until resolved . They don't care they let it be. I feel bad for Colonel Sanders he doesn't deserve to have this work under his name.

The joy brought to my face when I saw the review under mine by Joseph is indescribable. The “used to work here” really brightened my day because I can only assume Joseph no longer works here because he got fired.? Joseph you’re a grown man so act like it, if you got fired it’s no one’s fault but yours so put on a pair and accept your mistakes. To leave a bad review on your old workplace only because you weren’t good enough for the work is laughable. I hope your future employers catch on to what kind of person your are quick so that they quickly replace you. Anyways this store is a fine establishment I’ve personally seen the manager push her employees to maintain their areas clean and look presentable. I’m sure Joseph didn’t fit the “look presentable” considering the massive hunchback forcing him to walk like a skinwalker but other than him the staff has generally been kind and understanding of any mistakes.

Do not eat here. They have rats. I worked here and they don’t care about them. They know that they are there. Do not eat here. Manager Ericka, ezikiel , Richard, Omar. Are the worst . Not to mention the service sucks too. They grab stuff with their bare hands without washing them too . I’ve seen it made complaints but nothing happened. Worst franchise ever.

Let me just start off by saying that I'm not one to hop on Yelp and leave a review, much less a bad one like half the Karens that live on here but my experience here the other day was enough to make me download the app and leave a review. Just recently I stopped by after work for some food and I was presented with a staff who was in the middle of a dispute, I understand we all have our moments with co workers but I'm writing this review because one of the employees who was referred to as Joseph was rude and disrespectful. As I tried to order my food I was presented with a rude attitude and a very clear resentment of my presence all while he argued with his staff and used foul language. Like I said I understand having our moments with co workers especially while you're busy but there's no reason why you should bring this aggression onto a paying customer. Joseph, I don't know if you're new or what the situation is but you are clearly not properly trained nor have a sense of respect for others. It is employees like yourself which drive loyal customers away and persuade us of simply going to a nearby competitor..
