Polite and attentive staff however the cake was dry and simultaneously wet, the “fresh”strawberry filling was overly ripe/mushy tasting almost rancid. The vividly colored icing was inedible, I’ve had black colored icing and it had never been as bitter as this. As for the edible image it was placed as a screenshot on the cake instead of a full/zoomed in image..we would’ve appreciated being contacted to clear any misunderstandings. The cake was pretty, but was missing the cherry accents on top as requested.

First time in the bakery, absolutely delicious! Had a hard time deciding between cakes, got a tres leches with strawberries. Needless to say my husband thoroughly loved his birthday cake! For sure will be back for our next cake!

Ordered a tres leches cake and was super dry. Could barely take any of the milk and the other cake was vanilla and peach and the bread was tasteless. When I went to pay for the cake the worker took forever to find my order. It was an inconvenience. Will not come back.

The tres leches cake we bought had visible MOLD on top—absolutely unacceptable. We didn’t notice at first and took a bite because we love tres leches, but it was rancid, sour, and reeked of spoiled milk once we looked closer.
We also bought a slice of Oreo cake and a box of buñuelos. The Oreo cake didn’t have visible mold or a bad smell, but it was extremely bland and disappointing. The buñuelos were the best of the three, but even they tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for a while.
Overall, this was a really upsetting experience. Serving moldy food is a serious issue—definitely won’t be back. Would like a refund ASAP.
7/23 UPDATE
Called and spoke to Elena , she stated the slice was made Friday (5 days prior to me buying it). She stated she could refund the slice, I mentioned how we didn’t eat any of the items due to the already moldy food and we didn’t want to risk it further. She stated she would need to talk to Alex the manager to see if we could get the full refund. We live 2 hours away from this bakery and they want me to bring the items in to verify in order to possibly give a refund…photos should suffice shouldn’t they. Going to send the photos to them and hopefully get this resolved. Was told to call back later to speak to Alex the manager.
UPDATE: got a call back and they agreed to refund the entire bill.

My wife ordered a custom cake for our baby shower here. She chose this place because it's nearby and the price was reasonable. Since we're having another baby shower she wanted to get another cake from here but with a different theme. The first cake theme was Minnie mouse while the second cake theme is now teddy bear.
When she did the Minnie mouse cake, it was a three tier cake and they delivered it to us. For our second baby shower, the cake will be two tier but they told us they only deliver for three tier cakes only. Our guest enjoy the first cake we had so I'm pretty sure they'll enjoy this teddy bear cake as well.
