I've been coming here for years and they never let me down. I would always brag about it and introduced it any chance I got. Even got a lot of people buying from there because of me. BUT for the past couple of years they been very dry and no FLAVOR. I keep giving them chances and still disappointed with the same dryness and flavorless👎 yesterday I gave my last chance and was shocked that nothing has changed 🤬 so I had it and went back to the Bakery and spoke with the manager. He said that the reason it came out dry was because I ordered a marble cake!🤦♀️ which I've done plenty of times b4 and that the only thing he could do was give me 2 fruit tart. Mind you the cake cost me $50. If anyone knows a better Bakery let me know please!

I’ve been going here for me and my family’s birthdays for about 5 years now and they have always ALWAYS executed our ideas and photo inspos perfectly. Highly recommend for cute cakes. And the strawberry banana tres leches from here is the best I’ve ever had. I would and will continue coming here. I just say come in a week or so before the day you need the cake so they have time:)

I went to order my daughters cake a few minutes BEFORE closing time, and they already had the door locked the girl saw me and dis not bother to ask what I needed. I left and went to My Bakery where they gladly took my cake order.

I placed an online cake order on 07/05 for my daughter's birthday with a scheduled pickup at 10 am on Sunday. When I called at 10:00 am to check on my order, the staff member who answered the phone was quite rude. Despite this, I inquired about the cake and was told that it was ready. The cake looked beautiful, and the decoration was fantastic. However, when it was time to cut the cake, I was disappointed to find that it was old and dry, with a refrigerated taste. It fell apart when cut due to its dryness, which was embarrassing as I have always had good experiences with this company's cakes in the past.
This experience has led me to believe that the company needs to prioritize making fresh products for special occasions, as customers expect high quality for such events. Based on this disappointing experience with both the product and the customer service, I have decided not to return to this bakery. While I'm not claiming that the company's products are always of poor quality, my experience suggests that ordering a special cake from them involves some level of uncertainty. I don't anticipate the company admitting any fault, and it seems that their standards and quality have declined.

Talk about service today I went to buy a birthday cake for my sister and after looking at the cakes that were in display none of them looked special but there was one that was pre sold so I was like ok so I thank the person that was behind the counter and turn around ready to leave the place but Erica told me if I wanted she could make me that same cake and it would only take 15 minutes thanks Erica I’ll keep coming back!

A nice little Bakery tucked in between a laundromat and a Mexican seafood place restaurant holidays and weddings summer time it gets kind of busy so hang in there but they do have cakes and donuts ready for parties and birthdays and what have you speak English and Spanish very helpful
