The only problem I have with any McDonald's is that 80% of the time when using the drive-thru they forget to give me my condiments 😡 even after telling them 3 times. Once when I order 2nd time when I pay & 3rd time when I'm at the pick up window & they ask me to go park and wait for my food. (I usually have to park and wait for my food because I ask for freshly dropped fries). After telling them 3 times what condiments I want, one would think they wouldn't forget right? I get home/ work ready to enjoy my meal & to my surprise, no condiments!!! Very upsetting to say the least.

Order hot caramel macchiato with 2 sugars, received a cold macchiato.tryed to give them a chance and drink cold macchiato,they added the sugars to it can feel all the lumps of sugar in drink Smh.

I asked for a burger no salt with the two meals I got, I opened it and the burgers are dried out and hard, completely inedible and missing every single sauce, literally no ketchup even, this was the last straw, im so done.

Figured we start the morning with breakfast here, but the service wasn’t pleasant and our food was entirely cold. I wasn’t aware that this McDonald’s was potentially handing out raw burgers until I seen someone else review on here, I’m now nervous that we all ate our food cold. Would give ZERO stars if we could. Won’t be coming here again even if we live just a few minutes away.

The cashier is a very pleasant guy but who ever is in the kitchen needs to be institutionalized! Order one mc chicken and fries. The mc chicken was swimming in mayo. Disappointed

Honestly just came here on a rainy day for the playplace. The kids love it! Plenty of parking, clean, and this one is a good size. The playplace is it's own separate room, so you dont have to worry abt ur kids wandering off, and if ur in the main dining area, u wont hear all the screaming lol Posting this so ppl know it is current. Not all McD's that show playplaces in their photos still have them...

Worst service ever they had me waiting over 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 spicy chickens that didn’t even have what I asked for. I asked for pickles in them they never gave me any in my spicy mc chickens,train your employees better instead of them being lazy til the point I had to call the mc Donald’s I was at to remind them my order. Not once have I went through this at this mc Donald’s. I’m disappointed how it has become lately
