The drive through line is long, the girl went in side of my car in the drive through window to get my food, they forgot my Big Mac, and the fries is so hot and I almost burned myself, maybe the food is super hot too! Bad service!

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I waited 30 minutes for my food, which is ridiculous for fast food. After that, it took an extra 8 minutes just to get a simple ice cream cone.
The customer service was just as bad. Jose, who seemed to be working the front, had a noticeably bad attitude—completely unprofessional and dismissive. Then there was a girl with blonde dyed hair and heavy makeup who clearly didn’t know how to use the register. When I asked her if she could make my ice cream, she said “okay” and then just walked off and stood around doing nothing. (05/24/2025)

Went to eat here with my family. Natalie was working the register. Her customer service was on point. She was very helpful and had a great attitude.
It takes 7 people upfront to pack two bags and give orders out while there’s a line of people waiting to be helped. All they do is look at you and ignore you.
