This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I waited 30 minutes for my food, which is ridiculous for fast food. After that, it took an extra 8 minutes just to get a simple ice cream cone.
The customer service was just as bad. Jose, who seemed to be working the front, had a noticeably bad attitude—completely unprofessional and dismissive. Then there was a girl with blonde dyed hair and heavy makeup who clearly didn’t know how to use the register. When I asked her if she could make my ice cream, she said “okay” and then just walked off and stood around doing nothing. (05/24/2025)

No soap or running water in the men’s restroom, wouldn’t trust them handling my food. Went to Jersey Mikes instead.
They canceled my order because they claimed someone stole it and refused to remake it—fine, whatever. I reorder, and of course, it shows up ridiculously late, ice-cold, and with drinks that are barely even half full. At this point, it feels like they’re going out of their way to be this incompetent lmfao

Ok service I just hate when they space out and always get your orders wrong, not only instead of serving soggy fries try giving out fresh fries for change, I hate when they give you old French fries. Also same goes for the nuggets. But overall the food is good
Update: the service was slow in line I hated that they took ages to take peoples orders, but the strawberry shake made up for all of it, it was so delicious 10/10 a bit too sweet but I liked it.
Another recent update I ordered fries and chicken nuggets for lunch I asked for ranch or sweet and sour they said they didn’t have any. I’m disappointed how their on shortage on their supply 1/10
Another update: they didn’t put much effort or even sweet in my Mc cafe iced caramel macchiato I’m really disappointed all it tasted like was plain coffee barely caramel
