Becareful, ants are the boxes
Love the 3 leches cake here and the cupcakes.
Only thing that isn't great is the service.
Need to start using credit cards, don’t carry cash with me every time.

Been going to this last for years never had a bad experience so I order my cake a week before on the phone I told the lady I wanted the little mermaid she said okay the day of my event I go pick up my cake and I see the lady walking around the whole place and she come up to me and tells me they didn’t have the doll that they didn’t put it to the side and the lady didn’t check if they had the doll or not this will be my last time I will order Cake from there after going here for so many years and on of all that my cake was all dry it was of tres leches

I’m shocked with the customer service. I called to place an order for my birthday cake. They answered and put me on hold immediately. I could hear the lady helping a customer. After a few minutes she said hello twice and hung up on me. I did say hello and hi back but she didn’t hear me. This wasn’t the part that got me upset. When I called back another lady answered. I told her “hey sorry I just called and was hung up on.” Her response was “ well the other lady said you didn’t respond so she hung up on you. So what do you want?” What kind of response is that! I tried to tell her what kind of cake I wanted but her attitude completely turned me off. Just the way she was responding to me like I was bothering her.
My family has been coming to this bakery for years. Their cakes are amazing! But this isn’t the first time the customer service pushed me away.

I just went today 12/3/24 to get the bread and lady who was older with black glasses short. took my order put my bread in the plastic bag. I asked to please put in the bread in the paper bag. She refused and told me paper bags are only use when the bread is hot. I told her where your policy that states that. She said we don't have one, she was rude and refused to give me the Manager name. She pointed to go over to the other side and you grab the card if you want the name. I asked her what was her name she told me I'm not going to give you that information because it's pointless. I told her I'm not being rude to you and she said well I'm not either. She argue with me and I told her señora really this is really bad customer service!!!. She said I'm going to tell my manager my side of the story first and then you call her at 6:00pm. So she can belive me first. I was shocked and I been here so many times and I never was treated this way over a paper bag. I told her I have never received my bread like this until now and she said well today you did. I was with my kids and I told her just give me my money back and she said I can't do that because I charge to the "box" and I can't returned your money. So if you want take your bread or not. I told her wow señora I can't belive you. The other employee was helping another customer but was looking at her with this stared and she look shock. My bakery really needs to do better training to their employees and they need to wear a name tag. So we can provide information when making a complaint since they refused to provide their name.

They lady working there has very little tact to treat customers. Please improve in your customer service skills.

The “in charge” of this Sunday, October 27, is definitely not qualified to resolve what is happening regarding pastry orders.
My order was a Hello Kitty cake and they were giving me a cake with a pink heart where the letters were wrong because of another order that had fallen on top of them and their solution was that I didn't have to take that cake if I didn't want it, which was already There was no “decorator” and clearly one orders it in advance because you have your event and you do not have an option “B”.
The terrible attitude 👎🏽 they "patched" it horribly and I had to tell him 4 times that I wanted him to put all the letters in full (he was missing the a and the i) plus he only blamed the other weekday manager.
I asked for the name of the manager and she said she was so I didn't know who else I could express my disagreement with.

I don't like the taste of mocha cake, but they add very little bread and a lot of frosting :(
