This restaurant is my favorite. The sushi is delicious, with an exquisite texture, and in my opinion, they are always in perfect condition as they never lose their freshness. Additionally, the Jamaica water adds a spectacular touch. I would absolutely rate this place a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.
Spacious poke bar with great Mexican and Japanese fusion. The only thing stopping me is the price, but the quality is great. Their poke nachos are the best dish on the menu. They have nice lighting and good service, and some of the best poke I've ever had.

Overall didn't have a bad experience food was good, we've been to this location many times, but this time my sister and I got sick from the food. Server was hand picking toppings for all our plates, didn't change glove from raw seafood to toppings. And yesterday restaurant was hotter than normal for an establishment to have seafood out in the bar like that.

Came in for the first time in MONTHS and wow it’s changed so much. No one at the front waiting to take your order and super dead inside. Where did all the labels go on the counter? The proteins had no labels and the only thing out was spicy tuna I had to ask for salmon because I didn’t see it and the guy grabbed a scoop from under the counter storage. Not sure how fresh that was cuz was very slimy and fishy smelling. Then the serving portions were very small for toppings and vegetables compared to previous trips. I had higher hopes because this place used to be sooo good and my favorite fresh poke spot. Ended up with a stomach ache and cramps all night after eating there :( Hoping they can do something to fix the food quality as of late.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pokitomas. The fish was gamey and clearly not fresh, the rice was poorly prepared, and the restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot. These issues were bad enough, but unfortunately, it got worse — I ended up with food poisoning after eating here.
Given the clear lack of proper food safety measures, I’ve contacted the health department, as I seriously doubt their food is being stored or prepared at the correct temperatures. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
Tempura sushi is packaged sushi from Restaurant Depot. Sushi rice is a gimmick. No utensils offered. They use the automatic tipping po machines...why not ask if to go then pay and for here pay after the meal is over. The restaurant does not have it where they have the customer like that. Please do better. You can't afford to go cheap. It doesn't look like customers are coming in, so it is not working. This place was empty. Oh no soy sauce on the tables. No plates offered. No wasabi?

I changed my rating. Usually the food taste great and it's delicious but this time and last time not so much. As soon as I ate the half of the bowl I had to immediately go to the bathroom now I'm dehydrated on a hot day. Not the best feeling. Need better quality control on the food items.
