Isel or whatever her name at the drive thru is needs to learn better customer service. If you’re gonna be in charge of drive thru, provide the service with it. Had a problem she didn’t want to fix and seemed like there was no way around it but thank you to the manager on duty for taking care of it & setting an example on how to treat your customers that buy from you. I didn’t catch the managers name but she had shorter hair. Thank you for resolving it.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Cynthia went above and beyond by also giving me samples of the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk — both were delicious. I also got a new cup for my collection free of charge with my rewards, which made the visit even better. But honestly, nothing compares to Cynthia’s friendliness, attention, and amazing service. Thank you, Cynthia, for going out of your way and even sharing your name so I could include you in my review. You’re awesome 🤩! This Starbucks has officially been added to my VIP list.

Service sucks really bad , I stop by 11:50 and the guy just told me he was not serving because he put everything away which I was confused online says open till 12 : I told the person online says 12 so I can’t get no drink no water he said NOOO but there was a car before me , either switch ur open hrs or just pick the right customer service , we love starbies but no bad service !!! And this is today 09/29/25 11:50

I’ve been coming to this location for years tried others but nothing like SF Amazing service everyone is very friendly, fast and efficient at the art of coffee, the flavor is exactly what you ask for not watered down. Erik is amazing he always has the best recommendations when the seasons change and they bring new drinks, he remembers all of my orders daily without me even asking, 👏 thank you.

The service was good at first. We came to the window and they introduced themselves and asked us for our names. It was a super polite service. Our only dislikes were that she waited until we got to the window to pay to tell us that a portion of our order was out of stock. I assume that that’s the pace they use for Starbucks since everything is so fast paced. It is sorta a bummer, though. Also we ordered a blueberry scone and they gave us a blueberry muffin. 🙄It was disgusting, and my fiancé only took a single bite. So much for $10! I’m not sure if I’d waste my time here since they basically give you whatever they want you to have regardless of your order. The only thing they got right was the coffee.

This morning 7/19/2025, I went to pick up an order for my office I work at. My day started great, only to leave a horrible flavor in my mouth after this experience. I get to the line, where I’m told to wait because someone in a red car sitting at the ENTRANCE was helped before me, despite the fact that that is NOT the line!! I let it go at that moment. Then I’m told to park, even though the order was for DRIVE THRU!! Then to top it off, I was accused of cutting the line, even though I was the one in line. This was a terrible experience. You fix how I feel about your location with a free drink to redeem yourself. I will remove this review if you give me a free drink
