Isel or whatever her name at the drive thru is needs to learn better customer service. If you’re gonna be in charge of drive thru, provide the service with it. Had a problem she didn’t want to fix and seemed like there was no way around it but thank you to the manager on duty for taking care of it & setting an example on how to treat your customers that buy from you. I didn’t catch the managers name but she had shorter hair. Thank you for resolving it.
I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Cynthia went above and beyond by also giving me samples of the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk — both were delicious. I’ve been coming to this location for years tried others but nothing like SF Amazing service everyone is very friendly, fast and efficient at the art of coffee, the flavor is exactly what you ask for not watered down. Erik is amazing he always has the best recommendations when the seasons change and they bring new drinks, he remembers all of my orders daily without me even asking, 👏 thank you.
