I stopped by this Starbucks during the early morning today. I chose this location because it was on my way to get gas so it was convenient for me. I came around right when they open so I think I was their first customer of the day and I went through the drive thru. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, vendi iced chai latte with soy milk for my sister and a vendi iced water. The person taking my order was very enthusiastic when she greeted me and when I got to the pickup window....
Was good. Consistently still give me whipped cream when I say no whipped cream though. It's not a huge deal but maybe management should push the issue a little more or maybe increase employee caffeine intake for better mental clarity haha. Jk. Honestly though I notice starbucks generally gives pretty good customer service in the morning. Which I feel is critical because thousands of people rely on starbucks every morning to start their day and all it takes is one little...
I’ve had two amazing experiences with Victoria. She is extremely helpful and always has a positive attitude. I had concerns with my drink looking a little off (if you know you know), and without hesitation or attitude she offered to remake it. This is the opposite of what I am used to experience with young Starbucks employee’s. I have a Starbucks a mile closer to my job but Her attitude and positivity makes me look forward to coming to this location instead.
