I just arrived, and unfortunately, the woman working right now has a horrible attitude bad manners In a bad mood. I asked a young man working with her at moment for her name, but he refused to provide it which was rude aswell I’ve never been to a restaurant where employees don’t wear name tags. The service was very disappointing — I’m surprised they allow someone with that attitude to represent their business. 10/8/2025 4:20 pm

Amazing service. The place was very clean and the food was delicious. The girl who served us was so sweet with my boys. They (my kids) arrived in a bad mood and she had them smiling by the time we left. So sweet and patient.

Love this particular subway, I feel sooooo bad for them when their ac was down. The employees deserve to have it they do terrific job every time I'm there.

Ordered on the APP for 9:30pm. Got there at 9:30pm. They locked the door and left after taking my money but not making the food.
Even though it states on their door, app and on Google maps that they close at 10pm.
Do not trust this place!

This is my favorite location because the staff here are always welcoming!! They are nice!! I like this team!! Also the way they prepare your food, is way different than other locations, they put dedication and inspiration to it. Great customer service. And place is clean every time I'm there.

Food was great. Best veggie sub I’ve had at a subway. Made by the owner themselves no less. Even got free chips. Parking was a hassle though.

Jay Pal is one of the most respectful attentive people I've ever met. Subway is actually beneath him, but everyone has to start somewhere. As a sandwich artist, he is the best I've ever seen. It's on Laurel Canyon and Chatsworth. Subway makes it too difficult to file a good or bad review, so I put it here on google because everybody looks at this any way.
