I don’t know who was at the drive thru ten minutes before closing no one answered so I pull up to the window and the guy acted like he didn’t wanna take my order just because I was the last one before closing. It’s not my fault he gave me a complete attitude and told him not to complete my order I left.

Forget the fact that they cant grill a burrito, which is frustrating already, but God forbid you even attempt to fill up the cup cause you must be running low or something. But ITS ALL GOOD! aren't you glad the freezes are so cheap! Why bother to fill it up at all?🤷♂️ its nothing, 4 or 5 bucks. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. You're not there to preserve freeze syrup by shorting out customers, and if youre just being lazy to fill up a cup, that half second won't kill you!

Writing this as i watch 3 employees talking, yet my food takes forever. Sure maybe theyre off the clock but I ordered this 25m ago ahead of time so that it would be ready because I was in a rush. Great service tho🫡

I like Taco Bell, but one thing I hate is getting my tacos, chalupas, and all their food is cold, specially if you go true the drive true, to minutes after you get the order everything is cold, almost feels like eating sushi, I wonder if they going to do something about it. Taco Bell please let us know my understanding base on health department is that food needs to be temps above?. If you agree give like to this post so they can see that is not just me.
Employees have been substituted by machines, so be prepared when ordering. It may take time if it’s your first time. The place is newly renovated but the tables need cleaning. Food was good but service was overwhelmed in the kitchen. My kiosk order never got to the kitchen so my entire order was “lost” until a nice employee gladly helped me and retrieved it from the system. My wait was about 25 minutes when we dined in
