Food is expensive, no actual registers only kiosks to help yourself, employees are rude, store is dirty and trash on a lot of tables, all bathrooms locked and no baby changing tables. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

Took them 11 minutes to prepare and bag two items from the value menu. Ordered at the kiosk inside at 3:01pm got the bag handed to me at 3:12pm. There was no one in line ahead of me, and only 1 car in the drive through.
The food was standard taco bell food. I got a "spicy potato soft taco" and something with ground beef in it, forgot what they call it. Total was $5, decent value for the money these days.
As far as public restrooms go, if you have to GO and you know you don't wanna GO whilst stuck in traffic on foothill going west at 2:30 in the afternoon, then GO in this restroom.
The Turkish drain is centered in the middle of the floor in the middle of the room so there's a slight grade that basically goes inward from the four corners. The staff keep it nice and the smell is, Well , what you'd expect from Taco Bell near the edge of LA proper. The lighting is OK. It's not sheriffs station 11/10 bright, but it's not Glory Hole 3/10 bright/dim depending on how empty or full the glass is for you.
The roaches that try to fight their way out of the Turkish Drain in the center of the room are of decent size and girth, as. You settle in to do big business on the Bowl, the shrieks and hisses and the sound of chitinous appendages attempting to thwart the thin metal grate over thee drain will have you thinking 'we are gonna need a bigger broom" when considering standing your ground, grabbing the nearest blunt object and preparing to defend yourself from the untold horrors below that floor
SYLMAR is after all not only the City of Thieves but also The Land of Roach. This is their land. We are the intruders. So it's best you just mind your own and try not to get involved with them, look at them cockeyed, or be rude to them! This land this their land!
Taco Bell bathroom isn't bad Most tweekers have gotten loaded here but would not choose to do so willingly. Chances of encountering homeless insane can be hit or miss but the staff just received surplus k-pots, vests, surplus rifles, magazines and ammo. The place really does have all the charm of an American checkpoint in Fellujah around 2004/5.
I enjoyed my meal but the crunch wrap with cheese it’s in it wasn’t it. Tbh it made it taste dry. Also the vanilla lemonade freeze was 10/10

Don’t walk, RUN! But very far away from this Tacobell location.
I visited Taco Bell and placed a simple order at the drive-through with no cars ahead or behind. Despite this, I was charged incorrectly, ($17.00) for just two burritos? After starting my drive, I bit into one of the burritos and realized it wasn’t even what I ordered.
Frustrated, I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She offered to remake the food, but then *shockingly* asked for the original food back…AFTER I BIT INTO IT. That is incredibly unhygienic and frankly disgusting.
I won't be visiting this location again. I’ve reached out to corporate but have yet to receive any response. It’s clear that Taco Bell's hiring standards have dropped significantly. Highly disappointed!!! Do not support!
