Staff is helpful. Parking is provided. Pricing and portions are fair. Food is good especially if you want something fast yet healthy. Fast casual vibes. Would go more often if closer to work. I recommend the spicy version (not too much heat).

The food here is exquisite. Reminds me of this very amazing and flavorful place called volcano grill out in Vegas. Similar concept, great taste and sauce. I got the chicken katsu, and grilled chicken teriyaki with noodles, veggies and brown rice. This is a very filling meal, only plate of food I've had all day. Half in the morning, half for dinner and my grand total was only $20. Protein filled bowl that kept me full all day, what else could you ask for!

I got a large bowl last week , their was a hair in my food and the lady didn't wanna give me a new bowl or refund because she wanted me to bring the bowl with the hair in it , but I spit it out in the trash can at home , my girl picked up my food cuz I have covid which doesn't make any sense to bring in a large bowl that I touched

This place used to be really really good! We were one of the first customers who supported this business. Food was amazing a few years ago. We would come here 3x/week. But now they are way over price and they took away the house hot sauce and no more MAC SALAD……. What going going on. I’m done with this place. Started strong and ended really bad. No bueno

So very disappointed. We have always bought food from here because it’s so good and we always felt it was better than Panda. But not anymore. I understand they have to raise their prices.However their prices are going up but the food is going down. The quality is not as good as it used to be AND now their portions are super small except for the rice.Please do not order the “Large” bowl. It’s the same amount of meat as a regular size bowl but with a lot more rice. And these large bowls are almost $20!!!!!Such a rip off, won’t be ordering from here again.

This place severely sucks now.The portions are noticeably smaller.The veggies seem to be a day old or steamed for way too long.The chickens flavor is only the sauce they put and it’s dry as hell.This place isn’t the same it first once was when it first opened definitely not spending another dollar here anymore.
Cook was eating while cooking the food tall guy ,and he took long time to make a side of salmon .besides that everything else seems great

Terrible!!!! We ordered two steak bowls to go. One, the meat was way undercooked, two it was RIDICULOUSLY salty! The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy as well. Also we asked for extra sauce to go, they tossed the sauce packets into the bag without closing the lids properly, so sauce had spilled in the bag all over the contents. We barely ate anything, tossed it all in the garbage because of how bad it was. Never ever setting foot in this place again!

Great food. I dig their breaded spicy chicken and their steak teriyaki, and I tend to get the large combo meal. It's a little pricey, but so is everything these days. Always enjoy a quick meal from here. The noodles are pretty good too. I sadly ate my food before I could take a photo of it. But do you recommend the spot in San Fernando at least.

I've been to this location a couple times before never had a problem. Yesterday when I went I ordered Teriyaki Chicken with White Rice and Vegetables on the side. When I received my meal, the vegetables were in the bowl. Due to allergies, this won't work. I went up to the register and kindly expressed the the young man that I need the vegetables on the side and not in the bowl. He looked at me with a blank face and told me that he did put that the vegetables should be on the side. I kindly showed him that they were not and rather in the bowl. I asked for it to be re-made due to an allergy. He told me twice that I should just pick the vegetables off out and eat it anyway. I asked for it to be re-made and was told no. I then asked for a refund and to just be done with it and he didn't want to. Luckily the nice girl running the other register stepped in to quickly process the refund. This man was incredibly inconsiderate and unkind. I've never experienced a restaurant that simply refunded to fix and error even after they admit that they did hear the request.
