Overall, the food was good. I think the k-rib plate should have been cooked a little longer. Service was ok. The atmosphere, they can improve cleaning the tables and sweeping leftover food off the floor.

Waba is the bomb. They have drink which is good for the body. They have a nutritional taco called the boom, boom taco. Shrimp, Chicken, or Steak. Nutritional and delicious. Come and enjoy.
The cashier was swift and courteous. The place needs a little more TLC. The tunes on the speakers is cool.

I came here regularly since its opening and have enjoyed the bowls and dumplings. However I ordered food delivery on May 1st around 5pm, I got the steak and chicken bowl with a side of dumplings. While it was delicious as always the meat or dumpling was tainted. I got severe food poisoning and had to be hospitalized. I’m so sad since I did enjoy this place but will never be ordering again. Perhaps they need to reinforce their regulations for cooking meat as well as cleaning hands/surfaces. It was VERY severe and I worry it could seriously injure others.

Food is always good - I mean, it’s WaBa Grill. Cashier girl (reciept says Melissa) with red hair not very attentive at all though. Took a while to get to me twice (I added something after to my order) not the best attitude and the second time had her back to the register texting for a minute until the cook had to come around for her to realize I was even there. It is what it is I guess.
The food at this place is great, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.I went to get a diner for my wife and I and the girl at the front is kind of rude.She has no manners to be at the front or perhaps she does like her job.
