I hate to be one to write a bad review but I have to … First of all, I ordered the Sweet and spicy chicken I used to work at Waba Grill so I know the right way to cook the sweet and spicy chicken is with the sauce on the grill … not just throw the sauce on top of the chicken that already has Waba sauce…. Pretty lazy if you ask me. And it’s not like they were busy… Second of all, I was gonna take my second bite into the salad, and there was a cockroach in it I told the person that was at the cash register and all he said was oh wow I asked for a refund and yes, I got my refund but not once Did they say I’m so sorry About having bugs in our food… pretty disgusting And bad customer service….

Overall, the food was good. I think the k-rib plate should have been cooked a little longer. Service was ok. The atmosphere, they can improve cleaning the tables and sweeping leftover food off the floor.

Been coming to place spot for years and alot has changed. But for 11.75$ that the teriyaki isn’t alot as before. That’s alot for a portion. I might as well go to Yoshinoya. Serve you alot more
