Order ahead and still had to wait!!!! I ordered wingstop fries and b-dubs wings fries and onions rings calculating that I will pick up one after the other giving both enough time for the orders to be ready. I got to WINGSTOP and and told me they were not ready! After 20 minutes of me placing the order (13 minutes estimated time)and had to wait 10 extra minutes after i got there this delay made my b-dubs order to turn soggy.

Speaking as a true wing lover, I’ve tried them all. I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings—mostly for the drinks—but when it comes to flavor, Wingstop is on another level. The sauces are better, the fries are better, and overall the food is packed with flavor. Buffalo Wild Wings simply can’t compete in that department. If I had to rank them based on taste alone, Wingstop takes the top spot. Sorry, Buffalo Wild Wings—you’re a solid number two.

This place is horrible ,i always live wing's stop but after this day i not going anymore the manager here was awful she doesn't know how greet customer she has an attitude even the employee dont knownhow to greet u thier so unprofessional they dhould be fired ber y bad service

Angie the shift manager was extremely rude. I ordered the 20 for 20 and after picking up my order then going home to open it, everything was completely wrong. When i called to explain I only received 10 wings , angie said I gave them to you and then blamed me for the order being wrong as if i prepared it. She then continued saying if i wanted my order i will have to go back. I live 15 minutes away. I wasted 30 minutes driving the first time then was forced to make the trip again wasting another 30 minutes to get my new order. When on the phone i was advised my order would be remade and be ready upon my arrival. Unfortunately when i arrived no order was ready and angie said she had to see what was wrong before remaking the missing items and only the missing items. At this point i had to wait another 15 minutes for a 1/2 cold order. She made it a point she would not give me a refund and even if i only wanted store credit i would have to go return my wrong order.

Today I ordered a 3 pc lemon pepper and a 3 pc hot honey rub chicken and when I received them, both were inedible and burnt. I genuinely do not understand how this happened. What a waste of money. Though the workers were nice, this is unacceptable.

I stopped by this Wingstop to pick up my online order since I was in the area. I got the 20 for 20 classic wings with lemon pepper and mild for the sauce. I got another order of 10 wings of medium and 10 wings of lemon pepper. The wait time here is bad and my order was not ready at my pickup time.
The wait Is ridiculous. Especially if you order it to be done at a specific time. And the wings be lacking on the sauce! Not quoted with enough sauce. And these young boys are so unprofessional. Like who's in charge here?!?! There pants hang so low all I see is this boy holding his jeans every time he walks. Last night was the worst experience ever! There needs to be improvement in this restaurant!

I ordered a 10 pc boneless wings combo half lemon pepper and half buffalo. When I received my order it was barely seasoned. The wings didn’t have much flavor they tasted plain. I am not satisfied at all!. Make better wings!. Also the fries were a little salty
