The wait Is ridiculous. Especially if you order it to be done at a specific time. And the wings be lacking on the sauce! Not quoted with enough sauce. And these young boys are so unprofessional. Like who's in charge here?!?! There pants hang so low all I see is this boy holding his jeans every time he walks. Last night was the worst experience ever! There needs to be improvement in this restaurant!

I ordered a 10 pc boneless wings combo half lemon pepper and half buffalo. When I received my order it was barely seasoned. The wings didnāt have much flavor they tasted plain. I am not satisfied at all!. Make better wings!. Also the fries were a little salty

Very bad service, I ordered online and they told me to wait 33 minutes and then I waited more than an hour just because the employees were playing and carrying a snake š from a customer and I didn't look to see if they washed their hands to prepare the orders and all the people waiting, I didn't like the attention at all

Small location, best to order online ahead of time thru the app or call to see if since they have house specials for that location only. Best to get your fries well cooked for that crisp . Always friendly at this location but small so itās hard for them to keep up with the cleaning after a guest is done eating while another sits.

Terrible service, my order was all mixed up. The flavors were mixed, the soda machine doesn't have ice, the soda they have is hot, the hood doesn't work to suck in the smoke, and the wait was more than an hour, on a Friday. I would not go to this branch again.

Last time I ordered here my 10 PC meal was too oily, not only it was a bit salty and the chicken was so dry like if it wasn't even fresh to begin with, not potatos weren't even cooked properly it tasted like if they needed to be seasoned more not only cooked a bit longer, cause the potato was half sorta raw. Ngl it tasted tv dinner material it's like if it was cooked 3 days ago and they finally served it make fresher and well done food wing stop or next time I will send another review

For this specific location, it took them 36 minutes for an order of voodoo fries which is ridiculous to happen since I work for the company at a different location and anything over 18 minutes is already bad. I had ordered at 4:27 and got the order at 5:03pm, My girlfriend had ordered right before I did and got her order for 5 tenders with fries in the span of 6 minutes. The team here needs to work better in order for it to prosper cause that was terrible I had to wait that long!!
It took forever to get my order, 2 girls came about 20 minutes after I had ordered , they got their order before I did, when I check the food at the hotel, fries were old and cold, and one of the meals was the 10 piece, we only got 6.. when I asked for the managers information, all of the workers were smiling making fun of me, if I could give a minus starts I would. But it won't stop with this review , I will tale it as far as I can... next, I will reach out to corporate
