Everything was good except the service area, all the tables were dirty on the floor there was soda that stuck to your shoes, the food was good, the clam shoulder is no longer good, don't buy it anymore

The worst service ever at this yoshinoya. We had to wait 42 mins to get our food and so did other people. There must of been 10-12 people waiting also. Not good. Pls rectify this to me. This is just wrong ?. Lmk how you will make this up to me. Thank you
