This is a nice place to study with lots of tables and comfy chairs. Music is good but the temperature is pretty cold. Stuff for helpful and we liked our drinks - The sweetness was just right and the tea flavor was good. I wish there were more snacks.

Asked for 50% sugar and they ignored the request. Drink arrived so sweet it was undrinkable and tasted artificial. Tried to get them to remake it and the staff barely responded. I wasted $8 and got attitude. Very disappointing and not worth the price.

The burger toppings were fresh.

Just came from here, the tea is very good it tastes like they use a sweet cream in it! Also I like that the boba isn't hot, because at other places the ice melts immediately so it's just watered down tea :p. But the boba here was cold and had the right amount of chewyness. Also the service was good as well.
Overall very good 🩷!

The restaurant was nicely lit.

The service always feels warm and genuine.

The live music on weekends adds a fun touch to the dining experience.

I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and there was way too much ice. Over half of the cup was filled with ice so you get less coffee.

If you visit the store, I suggest you ask for less ice.

On a side note, the gal who took my order was very nice and friendly.

Staff are attentive, polite and nice. I think some of them are just like quiet/shy Asians, but mistaken as rude in some reviews. I like their menus, both drinks and bakery items, with variety.
Drinks are interesting, not just like a typical boba tea shop.
I like the ube croissants and cookies, pandan mochi, and the jasmine tea sea foam a lot.
The store is spacious, nice and clean. My drinks were filled and there wasn’t excessive ice like in some reviews. I’m surprised that the average review here is low. Maybe they have improved a lot since opening.
I prefer my MILK teas can be made less sweet per Asian standard :)

They call it a Cafe but don’t even have Coffee, maybe it’s an Asian thing but in America a cafe is a place that has coffee

I recently tried this place close to my place last week. I ordered the popular mung bean milk tea and taro milk tea. Honestly, the drinks are good but a bit too sweet. I came back a second time and ordered them easy sweet this time. Didn’t seem to make any difference. Still the same sweetness. The wifi there didn’t work for me. Couldn’t get on any of my apps. So I couldn’t play any games or watch any Youtube videos. Only thing I could do was read news on the internet. Lol

This place honestly makes me annoyed. Ever since they opened, they never get my order right. And they got the nerve to ask for a tip when ordering at the register. Why would I tip you when I know you’re going to mess up my order. Opening day, I ordered a mint sereno, they made me a matcha drink. Guys at the register assume you don’t have the app. Then when you wanna scan it, they say too late. So now I just do mobile orders. Ordered a drink with no ice because I planned to drink it later. It was full of ice. I also ordered it with extra shots of espresso. Bet they didn’t even do that either. Workers can’t read a label on a cup, I have no remorse for this review. I never have this problem at any of the other locations.

They fill your cup up to the brim with ice, leaving you with no more than 6 ounces of tea. Also, the summer mint didn't even have a hint of mint flavor. The lady who rang us up was super sweet though.
