I have been to many Turkish restaurants this one was the worst so far.First of all restaurant is not clean at all and servers dont look neat.They barely check on you if you need anything else etc.I dont know how they represent Turkish Cuisine.That s embarrassing.

My pitas were so soggy that they were inedible. The manager's excuse was that they had been putting the pitas on top of the salad for years and there had never been a problem. They didn't realize that you can't put bread or anything like that on top of the salad and that it would turn into dough. They tasted good but incorrect packaging caused my product to go to waste and the lady who answered the phone said she was the one responsible for that and she was very rude.

I came from Belgium on holiday to San Francisco. Unfortunately, I left this restaurant, which we went to with hope saying it was a Turkish restaurant, with great disappointment. If this business was located in Europe, no one would leave after a week. We ordered 2 plates of döner kebab over rice, unfortunately after 2-3 spoons we left the plate as it was. There is neither taste nor taste. Also, it's not hygienic, hair came out. The service is already zero. There is nothing that needs to be on the table, we had to ask for everything one by one. Like salt shakers and napkins. We paid 80 dollars. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. The best thing on the menu was Coca-Cola.

The restaurant I always go to, but this time he charged me an extra 7 dollars for bringing onions. I told him that I had come here regularly before, but he did not charge extra money. He said that if he did not like it, I would not come again. He kept an account for the lentil soup, 16 dollars, at the cash register. I explained the situation to the officer, but he said you can complain wherever you want. They were very rude and their manners were bad. I understood that they charge the customers according to their wishes. I do not recommend it to anyone. I have always received negative comments from people around me about the Alaturca restaurant.
