It was my first time here, I had no idea what to order but I did want to hear through opinions of what was recommended but the employees disregard these questions and just point you to the kiosk for self order. The food was ok, but the experience makes me not want to come back.

One of the best acai places in SF hands down. The acai has a great flavor profile and temperature to it. It doesn’t taste watered down or too icy. Palmetto Superfoods is the only other comparable spot IMO. Oh, but do stay away from the blue spirulina as a layer if you can. It’s too tart and doesn’t have the earthy taste you’d expect spirulina to have. Otherwise, everything is solid ???

the taste and price are good, but be wary of cross-contamination if you're allergic to peanuts or tree nuts.

Best California fusion açaí! What really stands out to me about this açaí spot is that they offer black sesame butter as a topping. Black sesame is one of my favourite flavours, and it pairs so well with all the bases. Each build-your-own bowl is set at a fixed price based on size, and toppings are unlimited, so it's a great value.Everything from parking to ordering and enjoying the açaí is super easy. There's plenty of metered street parking along Ocean Ave, and I've often been able to park very close. You can order online or in person at their in-store kiosk. They have plenty of indoor seating in case you want to "dine in", and the place receives lots of sunlight, so it's a great space to hang out.Below is my go-to order that got me hooked on Açaí R:Bases- 100% organic açaí (new and/or original)- organic flamingo chia pudding- blue spirulinaFruits- blueberries- pineappleGranola- French vanillaButter- black sesame butterToppings- coconut flakes- toasted coconut flakes- goji berriesNatural Sweetener- none, but I've gotten light agave sweetener at other açaí places and liked itPowder- none

Best acai bowls in San Francisco - this spot has become a regular for us, highly recommend! Fresh ingredients and delicious acai blend that tastes authentic, not too sweet, and not blended with bananas like most other places out there.

Yes, best açaí bowl I’ve ever had so far. And I’ve had many, many bowls around the world.
One of the best açaís in the city. Good selection of flavors and toppings. Dried mulberries are the only other toppings I wish they had.

Came here for breakfast. They have unlimited options for the bowls. It is a flat rate for the size and you can load up the base with any and all toppings you like. Awesome selection and super tasty. Wish we had one is SLC.

First time ever trying acai bowls. Actually it's not bad. It tastes great & feels healthy. The acai porridge like is good. The place is bright and clean. 9/10 would have it again.

Açaí R needs to open in Denver please! Visiting SF, stumbled into this açaí joint and was blown away by how much better a simple bowl of açaí was at this place over the usual places I've had in Denver and elsewhere. From the consistency and balance of the açaí to the generous fresh fruits and other toppings, this was top rate.Don't get me wrong, there are other good açaí places, but those are just average compared to this place. You just have to try for yourself.
