Service was very good and the space was lovely. Unfortunately, the sushi was average. Fish was slightly fishy and the shari was a little gummy and lacking in balance (too much vinegar, not enough salt). The first plate of nigiri had cold rice. We were sitting at a table not at the bar.
Overall the food and drink selection were outstanding. However the service were a bit hit and miss. We were seated at the bar and waited for 30 mins before our first course came. We were very curious because the people who came after us got served first while we're still waiting. However, after increase about when is our first course coming, the server was very apologetic and make sure that our corkage was waived. Amazing service. Delicious food. A beautiful space. While it's quite different than the previous location, the whole omakase experience is quite special. Expensive but worth it!
