The princess cake was amazing! Fondant was a little too sweet but still delicious. Best one I've had so far.
Excellent little bakery!
They made a cake for a baby shower I went to recently. It tasted great, looked amazing, and was just great overall. Would recommend this place for any kinda cake ordering.
Delicious pastries, cookies, and cakes!
Always fresh!
I really miss this cute little bakery in SF. I had to move to the East Bay and I ordered my Birthday cake here for two years. Since I recently had a baby girl I could not make the commute from Hayward to SF. The bakery has a wide variety of desserts, cakes and slices to take to-go. When my husband and I lived in the neighborhood we used to go pick up a little slice each for our anniversary in September. I also think their coffee and cookies are really delicious and the only hard part is parking there and hoping people let you back out of your paid meter parking. I highly recommend the Princess Cake because it has the best flavor and is very moist.
Horchata cake was sooooooo good. Everyone loved it!

I've been coming here for decades. They are one of the very few bakery that makes a princess cake. Very tasty.

TLDR: friendly service and good eats!
We had the sour cream fruit tart and it was very nice. The savory items were great and flavorful without being too salty and overwhelming. The princess cake is sweet on the outside but moist and not too sweet on the inside. The price is pretty fair as well, we got four items and it came out to just around $20!

It's a small lovely place, with jazzy music, various conversation's and. If u sit for more then a few mins, The busyness of the machines and sounds of the bakery. Seem to blend in their own symphony.
It's a Lil pricey with a
4$+ for chocolate croissant, and 5$ white chocolate mocha; but it's fine,
Cuz of Which they was real good.
And "hit the spot"
Atmospheric A Lil loud, but nice. where the regulars seem to like to hang out, before the day gets started... ??

I wanted to bring a baked goodie to surprise our friends and celebrate their retirement. We stopped here by chance on our way. What a lucky day for us all. When I told them why we stopped in they made a special chocolate sign to go on the fruit tart cake. We also got a couple of pastries for us to eat on our long drive. Everything was delicious. The next time we are passing through we will stop in. What a treat everything was beautiful and delicious. Our friends were surprised and the tart was enjoyed by all.

Ambrosia is a wonderful bakery featuring some of the most eye catching cakes and pastries I have ever seen. The atmosphere is relaxed and conveys a respite from the urban environmrnt. I highly recommend a visit to Ambrosia.
