The pizza at Lombard location is real good. The food is otherwise solid. The service is generally pretty uninspired. Most of the servers are “fake friendly.” But there’s a server, Luis, who “stands out” as genuinely engaged and engaging. Gotta give him props. He’s served us several times, always with a refreshingly welcoming attitude. Ask for him if you go there.

I can't understand the good reviews in any way. The drinks taste and smell extremely like chlorine. Every hotel pool tastes like less chlorine. Thanks to all the chlorine, you couldn't taste the Sprite at all. The mini pizza is more micro and a joke. Very bad taste and burnt. The lasagna was more simply lasagna sheets stacked on top of each other without filling, just tomato sauce on top and that was it. The leaves were still half raw and hard.
Definitely not a recommendation to eat here and better look for another restaurant!!!!

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Kid-friendliness: There were pens for the children to draw something.

We had a delicious meal at the location on Lombard Street. Divine vegetable pesto pasta with fresh vegetables and the addition of chicken. Super tasty and healthy kale quinoa salad, pasta meatballs and New York pizza. All balanced taste, fresh ingredients and good portions. Friendly and calm service, clean restaurant. Fortunately, the TV sound was turned off, for more atmosphere, the TV was gone, but yes, it is the US.

It was our first time at Amici's and it was very nice, the pizza was delicious as was the garlic bread. Our waiter Louis was very helpful and friendly. We will come back next time we visit the USA.

We ordered penne pasta marinara with sausage to be delivered. The pasta contained no sausage at all. I called to find out if they grind the sausage very fine and I was missing it or, as I expected, there should be chunks of sausage. I was told there should be identifiable pieces. I explained that we had none. I was asked if I wanted a new order. I said we had already eaten some pasta and other food and that a credit on our account would be good since we ordered food from them frequently .I later got a text that a new order was being prepared. We heard nothing more from the restaurant and no food was delivered. I also sent photos of the pasta showing the lack of meat. The rating is for the service and attention to details and not the food itself.

Contrary to expectations, it turned out to be just a place where there is a monitor for ordering pizza, a 10-20 minute wait, you receive an SMS on your phone, pick up the pizza and leave.
Parking is not easy, couriers on motorcycles and cars are constantly hanging out outside and they create a slightly tense atmosphere.

The pizza itself is quite tasty, but expensive.

This was a great place for an easy dinner. Walkable from our hotel and pretty darned close to an authentic NY pizza experience. Service was fast and courteous and pizza was yummy.
