Great beer and wonderful staff. One of the best games to play is when you're in the bathroom and there happens to be someone in the stall keeping really quiet until you leave. When you've done you're thing and you're on your way out pretend to leave. Open the door and close it again. That person in the stall will think you've left and they'll let it rip. Most people will have been holding it back, probably gripping the sides of the toilet, waiting for you to leave and when its released it'll make a hell of a noise. You can then laugh all the way back to your beer knowing that you caught them at their most vulnerable. Sometimes I just make the fart noise and then leave. It's up to you how you play it.

Fabulous brewery tour!We learned about artisan brewing, hops, barley and what constitutes bitterness and aroma in an IPA, Labor, and changing technologies.Plus, we had a chance to taste so many different varieties of beer.Definitely recommend with enthusiasm!
Came by for trivia which ended up being canceled due to the warriors game -- even better. The nachos from the food vendor were delicious!

Great spot to hang out with a group. Seems very family friendly too. Anchor brewing has a good selection of beers, so there's something for everyone. I'll surely be back!

Such a magnificent first trip to a San Francisco and Best Coast brewing company. I was a little bit dehydrated so I tried the new San Pancho brew. The taste was incredible and judging by summer solstice, it helps to record the exact time of day! Anchor Steam is a destination and well worth the journey!Cheers!

Awesome tour! I can’t wait to bring others to do it again. They give you a tour of the entire brewery & let you taste a bunch of the beers! Highly recommend

I had such an amazing experience. I did the Christmas tour with a couple of friends. Since I went on the Christmas tour, they went over the history of their christmas ales and the bottles. When you get there, they give you a drink upon arrival they have this cool waiting area with tables and chairs. Our guide gave us a history lesson. It was so interesting and very informative. Before we started the factory part of the tour, they let us fill up our cups again. Once the walking tour finished, we came back to the room we started. Because this was the Christmas tour, they gave us 5 older christmas ales to try . They also pulled out all the different beers they had and let us try any and all of them. At the end, they gave us each a HUGE bottle of their christmas ale. I ended it up taking it to a christmas party later that week. Since we all had wristbands, they said we could go across the street to anchor public taps and get a discount if we wanted to keep drinking there!Overall, highly recommend this tour! I had so much fun and didn't expect their generous pours! 10/10! I would definitely do this tour again. Word of advice, eat some food beforehand!
