We loved our experience at Angie’s! A funky, fun vibe! Unique pizzas that are wonderfully put together - ingredients are balanced so well! Also, some fun wine options! Angie’s gets flavor.

Worst pie of pizza I have had in my life, and I've been everywhere.

I was craving wood fired pizza and Angie's was everything I hoped for. Freshly prepared with artisan dough, charred wood fired and delicious. I highly recommend this diamond on 16th.

The hubby and I were killing time and found this place for dinner. We got seated and immediately. We ordered our pepperoni pizza. Since we sat at the bar, we saw them making our pizza and placing it in the wood burning stove. It took about 2 minutes to be baked and quickly served. Loved it! Everything was great. It can get a bit dark in there but it’s all part of the ambiance. We’re definitely going back!

I’ve never been more compelled to just respond to a review. The lady who suggested she got food poisoning from a pizza is baseless. Mozzarella Cheese can’t make you sick unless it’s very old and that’s unlikely too. Pepperoni is cured and can’t give you food poising. Notice how it’s sold in stores out of refrigeration. I think it’s unfair and irresponsible to post this kind of accusation as anyone with basic food science knowledge knows. If one believed that, one should go to the owner. Posting is a cheap shot and hurtful to a business. Consider whatever else you are that day or a bug. Be nice

Pizzas are good, the crust has a nice undercarriage but it wasn't crispy - which it isn't supposed to be since it's high temp, lower bake time. The burnt base is tasty but I like a little crunch, like the NY style.
We could get a custom vegetarian pizza with the toppings that were present on the menu across pizza options. The custom was on Margarita with onions, olives and mushroom - chefs kiss!
The waiter (guy) serving us was a bit rude and uptight, maybe because we weren't the cookie cutter crowd, since we wanted customization due to dietary restrictions. The experience could've been much better with a more grounded person but that's what it is.

Terrific sit down pizza restaurant but I live across the street and will probably get a pizza for pickup before the month is over.
