Never tried this place before and was good. They have lots to choose from and I particularly like their walnut chip.

Good assortment of flavors and the quality is there, no doubt. But as some others have alluded to, I did feel the cookies were a bit small for the price point. It’s tough when you have other quality bakeries nearby to compare to that’ll sell you bigger cookies for the same price.

I am lucky enough to live down the block from Anthony's, and have been enjoying their cookies for yeaaaars. They are so delicious! I love them all. My favorite are the chocolate covered peanut butter and chocolate covered shortbread: somehow the chocolate coating isn't too firm, but rather the perfect consistency to be bitten into without cracking and landing in your lap. They are now selling raw cookie dough to bake at home, and Anthony himself gave me a friendly and helpful "how to" with tips. It worked! Delicious. Love this place, and the staff.

Took out one star due to the PRICE of each cookie is EXTREMELY expensive! It drove me to google a cookie recipe and bake my own cookies to have with my morning coffee! Sorry Anthony but I can’t afford ur cookies

There are so many things to love about soft, warm, thick, cookies, especially on a rainy day, I find them extra comforting and reminiscent of my childhood. I happened to be in the neighborhood and it's been forever since I've had some Anthony's Cookies, so I had to stop in. By mid day, there are some flavors that were out (German Chocolate being one of the sold out flavors that I love) but they still had most left. Must tries are for sure the Chocolate Chip Walnut and the Peanut Butter. I also got the Chocolate covered Shortbread to try and it was covered completely in chocolate. Don't get me wrong I LOVE chocolate, but I also appreciate a good shortbread and the chocolate on this one was too much for me. Service was super friendly and quick! I only wish there was a cute table to sit in the window and enjoy a cookie and coffee.

The peanut butter cookie didn't stay together, it seemed kind of dry. The cookies were on the smaller side, and they were not warm (nor were there warm cookies available).

Best cookies around! Took my kids here to celebrate Kwanzaa and Anthony was so kind and made the experience very fun.

Love love love the oatmeal chocolate chip walnut cookies. My grandkids love the Oreo mixed; service is great, had the pre orders pre packed and ready to go. Customer service was impeccable also.

I use Anthony’s cookies for all my work catering events and they are a hit. We messed up once and didn’t order from them and people were PISSED. Don’t make my mistakes. We’ve also ordered like 150 cookies the day before and they were incredibly cool about an absurd order like that.I just found a sweet voicemail from them thanking me for my business in 2023 so wanted to share how much I love them. If you want to support your local community but also need like 300 cookies sometimes they are the shop small business you’re looking for. Also, their cookies are criminally good.

if you want the worlds best cookie go elsewhere. it is a very mediocre cookie that costs $2.50 and is very small. Many of the flavors were also unavailable for me. Other than that the cookies came out instantly and they were warm.

On a Sunday night this place was not good. Cookies were crunchy and old and still charged $5 for a cookie that was “double the size” of the regular cookies. 7.50 for two cookies that were very mediocre. As someoney else recommended there is a bakery .2 miles away called Arizmendi with much higher quality pastries and cookies and coffee/drinks. You actually get what you pay for. Would not go back to Anthony’s ever again.

For years, Anthony's cookies had been on my list of spots to try but just never got around to trying them. This is probably because I'm a cookie baker myself and don't really feel the need to buy them unless someone buys them for me. This was the case here as I was gifted with a box and finally got the opportunity to taste what all the hype was about. Lucky me, these cookies didn't disappoint. What really impressed me about these cookies was that they had that perfect chewy soft texture. The cookies themselves weren't that big-- they probably could fit in the palm of your hand. Taste wise, they have my approval. Here's a breakdown: Cookies and Cream: Out of all of them, this was probably my least favorite. Let me explain. I bake up my own cookies and cream cookie and I like mine better. This one was a tad *too* sweet for my own liking and while everything else was on point (texture, bits of oreos), it just comes down to preference. I prefer mine. Can't hate on that. Classic Chocolate Chip: Again, they have perfected that texture and this is Chocolate Chip done right. I could probably keep snacking on these, so keep them away because I would need to be cut off. Chocolate dipped shortbread: This one surprised me the most because when I looked at this hunk of chocolate, I assumed it would be way too sweet. It was not. The shortbread inside wasn't too sugary, and the chocolate on the outside wasn't that sweet either. Good balance and felt like a treat. I hear they're going to tackle the Ice cream game next. Looking forward to trying soon when they do.

Best cookies in SF hands down. I love chocolate chip cookies and I'm always looking for a good one. I'm so glad I found Anthony's. The cookies have an amazing chew and great caramelization. Great chocolate to dough ratio without being too sweet. This place has perfected a classic. Grab a glass of milk, get a few cookies and have a delicious evening, you won't regret it.

It was a lil difficult to find its really small. I got the cookies and cream and toffee cookies. The others I wanted wasn't available so that sucked. The cookies were crispy on the edges and chewy, just how I like them. I would recommend anyone to give them a try. The customer service was good too.
