Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service is great. Food isn’t. Only ordered wings tonight and they came out cold. Bartender doesn’t know how to fill up a glass of blue moon either. At least the view is good. Shoutout to Carlos and the host great staff members. Also, “5% increase due to the high operating costs in San Francisco” is ridiculous

Sat at the table for 30 minutes before anyone cared to come take the order.

Carlos our server was fantastic! Hersen the manager was kind. Entire staff was delightful!

We went for a 49ers game. They told us there would be audio when the game started, but there was never any audio during the game. The waiters were rude to our family, and we left at halftime. Bill Ritersson is the manager at this location. This happened on a Saturday night and reflects poor management.

Waste of time, we got seated with cutlery then nobody came to take the order. Waited for 30 mins and left.

Servers were walking past and got completely ignored.

Even pressed the call server option on the little kiosk on the table.

It wasn’t even a busy night. Overall very disappointed, it was our first time in Applebees

After a tiring day at the pier /San Francisco, we thought of catching dinner

First thing apart from impossible burger (which rarely vegetarians like) the menu has no veg options. Our tired legs than pushed the veggies to opt for a doughy pizza from kids menu and rest all could enjoy the chicken

But then came both the service time (longer) and the quantity (less quantity that the plate they give looks empty/missing things - grilled chicken with mash and broccoli)

The server was good to keep us informed but definitely room for improvement needed. Monday even can’t expect I guess good service.

My friends and I ordered three street steaks with potatoes and mushrooms. We waited a very long time, and they brought us very small portions. Our friends' meat was overcooked and too dry. After we ordered, our menus weren't cleared from the table, and when we left, no one said goodbye, even though the waitress saw us leaving. Disgusting, we won't be coming back.

1st time at this AppleBee location and man they were great with their service and food delivery. Thought they were going to take forever for food ordering since arrived there late night like 11 pm.

Today we went to applebees on the marina facing the fisherman’s wharf and was served by Aida who make the whole experience much more pleasant (all of the staff was friendly) but Aida was our server who was very knowledgeable and friendly. On top of that the food was so delicious and the desert!!

single handily the most beautiful applebees i’ve ever been to in my life. i didn’t even know they made monuments like this. thank you god for putting this applebees in my life.

We stopped by Applebee's to get an affordable meal while visiting Pier 39. My burger was good and everyone else seemed enjoyed their meals. The service and atmosphere was a 10 as well.
