ANTONIO IS THE ONLY REASON I MARK 5 STARS!!! We walked in and was immediately seated by Antonio and then waited at least 20 minutes before we had to ask for someone to come take our order! Antonio came over and took our order and had the most pleasant conversation with us and promptly delivered our food when it was ready so NOT ONLY did Antonio play host and waiter, we also see him now behind the bar making drinks for the whole restaurant. Such a hard worker and was truly just a pleasure to meet. Go and see him in San Francisco off Taylor St.

Food was good, but the highlight was our server, Gatsby. Very kind, accommodating, and talkative, and gave us a great dining experience.

The only thing though, the restrooms were not clean and only 1 of 3 was working.

I Should've looked at the rating before coming. I didn't have time today for the energy drainers. When walking in, I had enough time to decide what I wanted to eat and drink before being seated. When I was seated by a waiter, I then had enough time to see five waiters walk past me; one walked by and told me he would be with me soon, then walked past me a separate time. THIS IS NOT ALL LOCATIONS, JUST THIS LOCATION🤣 SO BOUDIN TOOK MY MONEY TONIGHT, SO I'M NOT ANGRY AT ALL, JUST SAVED MY TIME AND ENERGY.... CORPORATE WILL BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN ONE THEM VICTIMS....

Went in at around 9pm and was asked to sit and wait for 20 min for a table, unsure why there didn’t seem to be that many people in, and a lot of tables free but ok no problem. Took to our table and 20 min passes without anyone coming to ask us for our drinks or meal order. Had to ask a waiter and he snapped at me “can’t you see it’s busy”. Unbelievable response really! I’ve worked in hospitality all my life and in no way shape or form was it busy, unless they had a serious staffing issue. We’re ready to walk out after 30 min and then a server finally came over. One person asked for water and he said “so 5 waters then?” I said no, we don’t all want water. So he said “4 waters then?” My partner said “maybe if you let us order our drinks it would be easier”. The server seemed quite inexperienced and nervous. But ok not a big problem. Another 10 min until our drinks came. Another 20 min until our starters came. Same again for mains after we finished. We weren’t approached once apart from food being given. No drink refills given. Payment machine wasn’t working so another 20 min to wait for that to be changed. Witnessed staff arguing at the main elevators. Just awful I don’t know what was going on. Mash potato was cold even though it was on a hot skillet I don’t know how that’s even possible. Would not return.

The food was good, they did overcook the steak and had to return it for a new one but it’s an Applebees so I don’t fault them for that. But WTH is this math because it doesn’t make any sense to me. How is $19.20 20% of of $67? There was no discount given so I don’t know where the hell they got this number from.

The atmosphere was nice. However, although it was busy, the service was quite delayed, and considering we placed our order before others, our food came considerably late. We had to wait a bit to get someone's attention to pay the bill. If you manage to get a window seat, you have a nice view of part of the pier and the teams passing by.

Fantastic view, decent normal Applebee's food. Waitress was inattentive and service was very slow. Food came out hot.

First time visiting Applebee’s at this location. The food was great. We waited around 15 minutes even though it was not busy. We ordered some drinks, finished our food, and didn't get it! That sucked the most. Customer service needs improvement.
