Food was without taste. You had to order via a QR code, so the service was non existant. But the worst thing was the MICE running around, and I can tell by the other reviews that it’s not a one time incident. Absolutely disgusting.

I had very bad experience at this place today. I always loved food here but today to my surprise I saw many mice going around this restaurant today. I spoke to management and they responded very irresponsibly. I saw one mice entering kitchen too. Watch out when u are dinning here.

The food was bland. My fish sandwich was way too much bread, very little sauce, and cold cheese (as seen in the picture). Bland fish too. I had to get up and go inside to ask for extra sauce. They don’t bring water to the table. They ask for tip before you actually get service. The server was nice, no hate to him.
Wasted potential. Truly nice space. Maybe wine here is the only good option.
Oh, and also mice will entertain you! I didn’t mind it, but given how bad the food was I couldn’t not mention it.

I ordered the fish sandwich which was brought to my outdoor table by a friendly worker. As I waited, I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space with trees and tables.
The fish sandwich itself was pretty good, the crunchiness of the fish batter and it wasn’t too heavy. I wish they had salted the fish or had more of the sauce because some bites were a bit bland without the sauce.

Perfect spot to sip sherry and prepare notes for City Arts and Lectures. The mushroom fries this month are a hit with garlicky duxelle, rich cheese sauce, shaved Parmesan and herbs. As always, it is the incredible people that bring the magic of the space into view. Thanks y'all.

I ordered through the app, tipped 20%, and they brought food and drink to the table. When I asked for some water, the “server” pointed where water station is. He also didn’t want to be bothered. Will most likely not be back. Disappointing!
Back patio is very pretty until you notice the mouse infestation. Super unsanitary and I didn't see any traps out to address the issue. When I mentioned the mice to staff, they said that's what we get for sitting outside in a city. Um.. what?? Lol

Love this place!!! The food is delicious (the burger and steak and frites are my favorites!), have an incredible selection of wines that they will let you try and recommend depending on the food you’ll have (and they have wine flight options too!). The place is nice inside but has an even nicer patio. However, above great food, wine and ambiance, the crew at Arbor is the best! Daniel, Carlos, and everyone are so attentive and the cherry on top for a great experience.
You can come here to celebrate or dine solo, on a date or with family and friends, Arbor is truly a gem and a great place to unwind!

What an amazing place with awesome staff. I have to give a shout out to Donnie, Carlos and Dani for their great service. I planned a post Easter hang out at Arbor and it turned into a massive amount of people coming into the restaurant. The staff did amazing job despite the sudden surge of people. They really are a great crew. The food was great and the back patio is so lovely!
