We went straight here after getting into town and were highly satisfied! We arrived around 8:20 in the morning on a Saturday and there was a small line out the door. However, that line moved quickly and was efficient. The staff quickly greeted us and took our order and everything looked amazing. We settled on the ham and cheese croissant and then I got a vanilla latte. The ham and cheese croissant was good but be ready for it to be extremely flaky and get everywhere. The latte was good as well. Our main disappointment is the lack of seating. There is a bar top inside, but no seats, and only 4-5 tables outside. So if it got any busier (which it started to as we were there), you have no seat. It was also very pricey, ~$60 for the three of us.

Yum! Love the freshly baked bread and pastries. The Chocolate Almond Croissant has a layer of almond paste and balanced amount of rich dark chocolate. Always enjoy a classic Parisian, and this one is done well. Fun to walk to this location along the Bay Trail with everything blooming on a sunny day!

Sandwiches are good, but cut the sandwiches in half, please! Mind-boggling that this isn’t a standard everywhere.

I got the blackberry almond croissant and it was hefty! They really filled the croissant and it was super delicious. The best kind of croissant is a mess and this one sure was. I also got an original croissant and the layers are insane. Love their pastries!

Excellent pastries: various cross, kougin aman, Boston, quiche, savory vegetarian pastry. Bread options today were walnut sourdough, sourdough, baguette. About a dozen pastry options. Clean bathroom. Espresso drinks & coffee. No seating here.

Their croissants and quiche are divine. However what made me leave this review was service. Hailey (I hope I got her name right, the girl with dark hair and lovely British accent) is absolutely amazing, hands down the best customer service I've had recently. She understands that she serves stressed office workers who are in a constant rush. And she does it so efficiently yet so wholeheartedly and genuinely that you can't help but exhale and smile in response. Huge thanks from a sleepy, sad girl who came today😊

This place is solid for croissants. They have great variety of options and everything is fresh! The location is very cozy with China Basin Park nearby.

BELIEVE THE HYPE. You’re missing out until you’ve tried these list-charting pastries.

They’re most well-known for their chocolate almond croissant (which is as flavorful as it is dense, and well-worth splitting with a friend or two), but I personally loved the orange zest monkey bread best. It was glazy and crunchy in all the right spots while warm and cinnamon-y everywhere else.

Now. Be prepared for a wait. We got there early and still waited about 30 minutes, but on the bright side some warm brioche had just come out of the oven. We ordered lattes and they got them out quickly, which was great. Plenty of seating outside along the street made it a perfect morning bite.

The bakery is great. That said if you don’t live in the immediate area, parking is extremely difficult and the line is frequently very long. One has to add 15-25 minutes to a visit. It is disappointing the developers didn’t plan for visitors from the surrounding area.

The best croissant I have ever had. Their coffee is great too. Try the almond croissant if you want something sweet. I’d recommend the vegetarian galette if you’d like something savory.
