I got the Hong Kong milk tea with boba, half sweet, light ice. I went on a Thursday morning around 11:00am and waited roughly 10-15 minutes from getting there to getting my drink. The atmosphere is cute and there is some indoor seating. The milk tea was really good and just perfect amount of sweetness. My only complaint was that the boba was slightly too chewy, but it was still good!
This is a beautiful tea house with high quality teas and a wide variety of unique tea based beverages. However, I didn’t find it particularly vegan friendly. Milk substitutes available at a surcharge. There were 2 vegan pastries available: an ube mochi cake and a black sesame mochi cake. I had the strawberry matcha, oat milk less ice and it was good!! Not the best I had so far but definitely not bad. Maybe because the puree was less than what I'm used to. I went with less sweet and it was perfect. I might try other flavors next time.
