Once you taste that Kir Breton sphere white‑chocolate shell, apple juice burst, cassis atop it’s like sipping a memory.” One-line that poem? Not needed: this tiny orb of flavor says it all.
The only three-Michelin-starred female chef in the world, Dominique Crenn, creates a dining experience that feels like poetry written to nature.
Michael brought me here for a truly unforgettable evening. The entire meal was light, graceful, and full of stories — every dish felt like a gentle yet powerful expression of artistry. It’s not just dinner, it’s an intimate journey where time slows down and conversation flows effortlessly.

This was truly an exceptional experience. Every dish that came to the table was delicious. The obvious point of comparison here is Benu, where the food was similarly incredible. Benu, for me at least, wins on their menu which includes meat. Crenn is pescatarian. On the other hand, Crenn wins on the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere, which, while not opulent, is not nearly so austere as Benu. Wine pairings were also perfect and perfectly served at Crenn.
