I forgot to grab my sweater from coat check one night, and I sent about four emails to their email address specifically meant for lost and found.

*update: they still had my sweater after a while, but they will not respond to any emails

We were there before 11 pm but they were intentionally slow so we checked in after 11 pm and then they wanted to charge us 30$ instead of 10$. First he said he couldn’t find our names in the list he had there, then when i showed him the confirmation email, he was like it is past 11 pm The security guy had an attitude without any reason. I wont be back.

The security guy had an attitude without any reason, we were just nice to everybody and he started to scream at 20 people. Even if the music can be good, I wont go there again.

Went there with 2 great friends, because I like the music. But unfortunately, the host double charged our credit card 2 x , and tried to scam us. I saw past reviews about the same night (last Saturday) and other clients had the same issue.
We checked our bank statements, and I’m have been trying to communicate with audio by email, end phone number with someone called Jordan, and no answer. We will dispute that today, and I will never come back on this place , with shady practices.
Don’t leave your credit card never with any hostess !!!!!

One bartender was RUDE (old guy with bald head,he’s on the left) when you pay $35 for the ticket and $15 for drink You don’t expect a rude bartender comes with it. DJ and music were great!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Audio SF. Despite purchasing tickets, I arrived to find my name already scratched off the guest list by the manager, Kiyo, who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. He didn’t bother scanning the barcode to check the validity of my ticket and offered no explanation. His attitude and ego were shocking, and it left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a club before. I highly recommend staying away from this venue, and I urge all artists to reconsider performing here.

Went to a day party this Saturday. Bartender said their system was having issues taking cards and will get back to me. I got charged 3 times for one round of drinks I bought. Disputing it with Audio now. If you were there this past Saturday and used a card check your bank statement!!!

Edit: After emailing them twice and receiving absolutely no response, I disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back.

I had the most awful time I ever had at a club here. My friends and I had tickets to an event and the security person thought my Drivers license was fake because she’d never seen one from Missouri. I asked her if she’d ever seen a missouri ID and she said no. I asked her to get her supervisor who took one quick glance and also told me it was fake. My friends and I asked for the manager who told us that he didn’t even need to look at my ID because he trusted his staff and because we were arguing with them. We’d heard them talking and they told the manager my license was from “Minnesota” like they didn’t even know Missouri is a state. My friends called the police who confirmed my license was real to the manager. The manager then let us in with reluctance and zero apology for his staff being so rude and incompetent. He even still tried to say they were perfectly justified in their actions. Then the club then tried to charge us again even though they’d already taken our tickets before they decided they were not going to let me in. I would have just left but my friends still wanted to go to the event we’d pre paid for so we stayed. Never going back again and I’ll unfortunately remember this awful place forever. Average club inside, worse service I’ve ever seen outside.

We were having fun close to the bartender. The bartender told us to move out. We moved out and the bartender got pissed that we moved our drinks too “hard” at the table. He kicked us out and no one was listening to us after. I used to like this place. This place is a waste of time and money. $25 cover too much for this place.
