The chicken tangine was superb...very tasty, moist, tender. Mourad can lay claim to the best chicken in San Francisco! The basteeya was so delicious with all the Moroccan spices and light flakey phyllo pastry. The plates came out looking like pieces of art.

The eggplant is divine. Last time we shared one. This time we each got our own. The flavors and textures superb. The Branzino was deboned and the seasonings on the skin were crispy wonderful. Accompanied by sauces and delicious preserved lemons. The custard was the perfect ending. I also enjoyed the rose hip cocktail.

I would cross a bridge or take a bus to have dinner at Aziza because it is a wonderful restaurant with warm staff and delicious food. But, lucky for me, I live a 6 minute walk from the restaurant making it a true neighborhood gem. Colby, the new manager, is so warm and welcoming. My friend and I were given the perfect quiet table. We shared the spreads, the salad, and the branzino, all flavorful and filling. We were too full for dessert but we lingered each of us over our own pot of tea. We left feeling satisfied, warm, and cared for. Highly recommend.

The cauliflower and corn bread were exceptional. As was the service. Our waitress was a gem. However, the main, the $80 braised short rib fell sadly short. It was served lukewarm, on the cold side even. The meat didn't fall of the bones like I'd expect, and the texture was inconsistent. The lukewarm temperature made me feel like I was eating leftovers. Delicious leftovers, to be sure. But, for the price point, I expected much more. I'd also recommend increasing the amount of cauliflower. My goodness was it delicious, but the portion size was terrifically petite and there wasn't enough to finish off the sauce with.

Excellent food and service. Ingredients were outstanding. Cauliflower, cornbread and branzinno were superb

Nice ambience, great service, delicious food. Most food takes 20 minutes to cook, corn bread yummy.

Food was excellent. We love the olives, trio of spreads, kefta, prawns, hand rolled couscous, and chicken basteeya. Unfortunately, service was below par, which has never been the case at Aziza. It was also much louder inside than usual. We've dined here many times and will give it another try. Hopefully the service issue was a one-off.

Amazing food! The short rib, the meze spreads and the fresh bread. The cauliflower and kefta appetizers. The whole branzino and the date cake were standouts. The cornbread is so worth it. Service was excellent. A bit on the pricey side. But the food is at a whole new level with the closing of Mourad.

The food was outstanding. We've eaten here many times, our friends had never been (although they loved and mourned closing of Mourad). Every dish was stand out; we ordered and shared spreads, kefta (the grapes!!), cauliflower, bastilla, cornbread, salmon, lamb shank, a side of couscous and date cake. If the noise could somehow be attenuated, that would make the experience better- it is hard to hold conversation when restaurant is full.

Lovely experience as always. Fabulous service and delicious food. Don't miss the eggplant!

4 people enjoyed their dining experience. 4 different dishes all with great taste. I thought that my dish was a bit over "seasoned". It was the most complex of the 4 dishes but seemed like flavor would have been just as good if less spices. One dish came very late to one of us and never explained and not much of an apology. It seems like a good kitchen should be able to give all dinners their meals. Sort of reduced enjoyment a bit. Overall would likely return to try some other dishes before a final judgement on the place.

From the minute we walked in, we were treated like welcome guests. The menu was interesting and we were guided by the friendly staff. Dishes were served in a row so nothing got cold. Everything was flavorful and the presentation was lovely. We enjoyed the bread and it was served with wonderful honey butter. We ended the meal with lattes or mint tea, as we were totally sated with no room for dessert. I will definitely return.

Stunningly good, every single thing our table of four had for breakfast, though it would be sad for you to miss the semolina flour pancakes and the potatoes in harissa, so just order those for your table to share. You would thank me if you knew me.
