Overall good but basteeya was burnt and staff told us it's supposed to be caramelized but it was clearly burnt. other than that the food was great.

Dinner for 5 with no alcohol or desert and only a few shared appetizers came to more than $550 including tips. Service was fast and informative, but noise levels made it hard to hear people across the table. Food was Ok, but overvalued with way too much salt and meat (lamb) way overcooked to the point it was dry.

Service was horrendous. 40 min for drinks after order and another 15min for food. This was when the restaurant was half empty. Took forever to get the attention of any server.

We arrived at 6:45 with our party of 6 and didn't get served our straight forward order main course of two chickens and a shakshuka until 8:35. Our server told us the food was on the way at 8:15, but then proceeded to avoid us. The manager said we would be getting a few things to hold us over but all that was brought were some cashew nuts. We had also ordered corn bread which never showed up and my shakshuka was missing the grilled bread. We didn't want to order dessert in fear of staying so late. When the bill arrived, some other server brought it and the 20% gratuity was included. I had to ask the manager to remove the corn bread but they were very unapologetic for the poor service and didn't ask us if we had anything to share about our experience. The sad part is, the food and ambiance were fantastic but the service and management was so poor we will not be returning anytime soon.

Poor customer service especially when it gets busy. Not enough waiters and staff for when it's full so service was late and they kept forgetting stuff we asked for (water, silverware etc)

We had a light dinner and drinks at the bar. Cocktails were well crafted, we got the dips and a couple other sides which were incredible. Definitely a great place to relax, have a good conversation, and great food.

Loved our experience here! Food was amazing! Def recommend the family style options specifically the slow cooked beef!

The service was a mixed bag and the food was decent. I don't think the service commanded a 20% gratuity

It is miles away from the hustle & bustle of the city, so when we reached, we almost turned around and drove away as we wanted a nice place for our anniversary. However, it looked a nice cute place, so decided to take a chance. They seated us in the back room which was cozier. The server was outstanding - he explained all the food items (we are Vegetarians), and every food item we ordered was delicious. Perfect blend of flavors and taste. The corn bread is more like a corn cake but it was baked fresh and came steaming and was mouth watering. The cocktail was amazing and the Bordeaux style Cab from Sonoma was very nice. The manager stopped by many times to enquire how we were doing. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Because it was our anniversary, they even brought 2 glasses of complimentary Prosecco to make it special.

The best brunch spot in the Bay Area! The Beghrir Pancakes and Shakshuka were both absolutely delicious. Great service too.

We enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner with my sister-in-law and the menu had so many wonderful options for sharing. We loved everything we ordered: the three dips and flatbread (although maybe ate too much), the eggplant, the prawns, the chicken basteeya, and the gorgeous de-boned and perfectly seasoned branzino. We had no room for dessert but they surprised us with some lovely little birthday pastries presented in a very special and lovely manner. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on everything we ordered, including a zero-proof Rose Mint beverage which was refreshing and not too sweet. The vibe of the restaurant is casual elegance with pretty lighting and high ceilings. I was thrilled that the acoustics were good and it wasn't loud although the restaurant was full. This is a great choice for a couple or group for date night or a special occasion and wonderful for out-of-town visitors. Makes me want to visit Morocco now! Highly recommend.

Had a phenomenal meal with delicious cocktails and superb service. The eggplant was perfectly roasted and delicious. The lamb shank was a great and feeling main. Great experience.

Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant - we left without eating after having wasted over an hour on a Wednesday of all days. At no point during our entire time there did a server approach the table or so much as greet us. We arrived for our reservation and were moved to the bar where we sat for 30ish minutes. The bar tender wasn't around for the first 10 minutes, but he eventually appeared and we were able to flag him down to order some hummus. The hostess kept moving people to the bar to the point that some groups only had 1 stool for 3/4 people. We sat down about 30 minutes after our reservation and were completely ignored by the waitstaff for another 30 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even particularly full by this point. We were hungry and tired of waiting so asked the hostess to close us out. They also got our bill wrong so we had to ask them to fix that as well. Hostess said she would put in a note to take care of us next time which was pretty comical. No manager in sight.
