Came from Los Angeles to stay at the Marriott Marquis and our server at The View - the terrific lounge on the 39th floor - said the burger here was worthwhile. She was ? right. The burger itself was flavorful and the crunchy, but soft bun and the jalapeño aioli were just right. The picture here is of the Bavarian soft pretzel that we had as an appetizer - it came out hot and the beer cheese was crazy good. Dropped in to B55 since I was staying at the Marriott Marqis and had just gotten into the hotel. Nice atmosphere and good service, but I wish I had looked at the prices before ordering. $26 for a chicken sandwich is definitely excessive along with the $22 beer. Sandwich was okay, but not worth the price.
