The chicken sandwich lacked flavor, it was dry and unseasoned; even after I added hot sauce, very disappointing and overpriced. KFC has a better sandwich heck, even Popeyes. This place is overrated.

Imagine going to a warriors game and also eating your favorite sandwich!!! Yes it’s possible. So happy to see Bakesale Betty at Chase Center.

For arena food, it’s OK. Definitely not one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve had.

I paid $20 for a bottle of water & a dry rubber chicken patty. It was terrible. I don't see the popularity of this place.

Don't believe the hype. You'll likely get a dried out chewy chicken sandwich here. It's pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it can be amazing though

Expect the same amazing food at the Chase Center as you find in the original Oakland location on Telegraph Avenue.

We went to Chase Center on March 7 to watch the Warriors beat the 76er’s. We were hungry and one of the people in our group had heard about Bakesale Betty (they are in Oakland) and their delicious chicken sandwiches. We located the place and decided to give it a shot. All three of us ordered the fried chicken sandwich along with 2 orders of fries and a diet Pepsi. The order totaled $56. Ouch! Chase gives you $5 off for meal orders over $30 if you use one of their credit cards. With this, we saved $5 which brought the order total down to $51. We found a table on the concourse area where you can stand and eat. The sandwiches are served on a brioche style bun on a bed of coleslaw. They were good but I didn’t think worth the cost. The servers there were all very polite. We’ll probably try something else next time.

Portion is huge!Prices for this sandwich are cheaper than lunch in the FiDi?We come every time we visit.

My favorite place to eat at Chase Center. I truly love going to the main store in Oakland. But when at the Chase Center, I always enjoy the fried chicken salad. For $12, it's not a bad deal when compared to the other options. Portion is not that big, but it's a decent size for a ball game.

The chicken is nice and crispy and tender. I feel like the sauce could’ve been better though. Overall solid choice! Price is also good. It’s $13 for the chicken sando and $5 for fries.
