Super friendly and patient service as our groups of little ones scurried around, indecisive about their orders! Amazing flavors!

I came across here on a beautiful day and was craving for some ice cream. Was greeted and welcomed by one of their friendly staffs, she explained to me they offer ice cream and gelatos and the different flavors they carry. They also have many things to choose from, such as sundaes, milkshakes, boba drinks, smoothies, mangonadas, etc. It’s a cool little spot in the neighborhood that definitely attracts customers like myself. Definitely will be back!

EDIT: Woah! I can’t believe that the owners would shame a customer like that for leaving a disappointing review. I didn’t want to leave a description for the reason that you were a small business but since “you saw me in your camera allegedly asking for samples” here it goes,

I never stepped foot in your shop. A friend of mine came in to order. We like to support small businesses and our fav ice cream shop shut down, which is why we were out trying new places. My friend did not ask for even a single sample. Instead, they placed an order for about 4 different things off the menu. We never got asked if we wanted to take the items to go or for dine in. I am not sure, how you expect one person to get such a big order for the spot. Plus half of the stuff was very very sweet. I understand ice cream shops are supposed to be sweet but this was just excessive.

This review is for the smoothie - was really bad. For 11$ it should taste like there’s real fruit in there.

This 4th of July, 2024, I tried out Balboa Ice Cream with a dear friend. The service was welcoming and warm. I ordered a single scoop of Spumoni and really enjoyed this classic Italian flavor! I hope to return soon!

Ice cream here is Good! Great customer service. They also have custom drinks. Gives Mitchel's competition...for those familiar with the area ( prices are similar). For those visiting, you can't go wrong stopping by at Balboa Ice Cream.

Cute little place with lots of ice cream, sherbet, and sorbet options. They also make smoothies and affogato, although I'd skip that last one as the coffee was not very good. Still, the service was good and I'd happily support this small shop in the future.
