Bambū Desserts & Drinks

One of the worst experiences at any boba shop ever, and I love Bambu but this place was horrible. Lady at the front was ok she seemed like she didn’t understand what I was saying half the time, and she was the only worker I literally waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, and to top it all off she made them wrong!! Never coming back here waste of time and money

Bambu Dessert Drinks has a nice variety of dessert drinks and the flavors themselves were decent. However, the overall experience could definitely be improved. Cleanliness was an issue — the space felt like it could be better maintained.

One moment in particular stood out in a negative way: seeing staff wipe an overflowing drink with their finger and then put it in their mouth in front of customers is not a good look for any business. That really took away from the experience and raised concerns about hygiene.

It’s an okay place if you’re craving something sweet, but with better cleanliness and more professional service, it could be much better.

Incredible place with delicious drinks and friendly staff. I get my ché with 0% sugar and it's plenty sweet, making it a healthy treat. I love the Trio, Fruit Addict, and Smashed Avocado, which is so easy to make vegan with coconut! 🥥 I used to love the Green Lantern with tons of mung beans but sadly they took it off the menu. 🥤

I like how you can adjust the sweetness exactly how you like it. Vietnamese drinks really tasty.

Bambu is truly a neighborhood gem! The drinks here have such a unique flavor, and the staff make you feel like you’re hanging out with friends—always warm and welcoming.

On a hot day, I ordered the Mango Holo Holo and it was beautifully made—refreshing, vibrant, and absolutely perfect for the weather. I also love that they’re always adding new menu items, keeping things fresh and exciting.

If you’re looking for a spot that combines creativity, flavor, and genuine hospitality, Bambu is the place to go! 💛

Both milk tea and fruit tea was mid at best. Not the cleanest place. The staff had to remake my drink three times and in the end, it was still wrong. Not smoothly run.

Excellent selection! Great flavors. Hard working staff. Games for kids! Would be nice if they could turn down the alarm sounds on pots

So happy to have found an authentic che/Vietnamese dessert place in SF! The owner is so kind and friendly, and there are many fun drink choices with ability to choose the sweetness level. And the waffles are AMAZING!! If you love pandan waffles you have to come here, this is my favorite one I've ever had (and I've had a ton) :') Highly recommend the waffles and any of the che with pandan jelly, basil seeds, and/or coconut milk!

Bambu is a neighborhood gem. Small family running a super friendly business, treats customers with kindness and makes extremely tasty drinks. We love the halo halo and basil seed teas, but honestly everything we’ve had here is great. Weekly go-to for a fun treat.

The mangonada was DELICIOUS! It tasted so fresh!
